What's your favorite condiment?
Condiments can also be spices right? If yes, then cinnamon else I don't know what condiments are

I think cinnamon counts. Condiments generally are ketchup, mustard, bbq sauce, and so on. I use cinnamon on a lot of things though, usually considered a spice, I'd almost count it as a condiment.

I drink a lot of cold water. If I've been sweating a lot, I'll toss in a gatorade/pedialyte to replace the electrolytes, and water.

Not happenin' captain. There are too many ideologies out there, for the world to come to an agreement on how to handle this.

I'd say about 1/2 liter.

Yep. I hit 205, so I had a 45lb plate, a 25lb plat, and a 10lb plate on the 45lb barbell. I'm going to work on for for a couple weeks, then I'll hit it again for the competition. I'm not exploding enough to pop that bar up like it should.

Is is bad that I didn't know and never counted the bar weight :/. So my numbers go up by 45lbs now. I'm probably at 125lbs as opposed to 80lbs that I said in my previous posts. That's some relief for me lol.Last date is Dec 4thremember this mate.

--

Depends on the time/situation...

I'd generally hold it if i'm occupied with some work at office.
Would go asap if in bed trying to sleep.
If just sitting at home and watching TV; then hold until the next commercial

I checked it a bit ago to verify. I'm not going to win. That TooAnabolic guy put up like 270 @ 198. 400lbGorilla didn't count it for some reason. He'll be back with one that counts. If I'm in top 3 I'll be more than happy.
How long can you go without food and water?
I can go a long time, but you don't want to be around me without food. Water I generally go most of the day without. I hate having to stop my visits at plants so I can piss. Same with food. If I'm in a plant, I skip food and just keep going. The longest I went without either, probably wasn't more than 24 hours though. I did IF last year and I was a grouchy mofo in the afternoons.

How often do you skip a session, just because?

@TJF: Used to be fairly often when I wasn't super committed to meeting my goals. Nowadays, I try to tough it out. I'm not sure if it's actually better to that, but it makes me think it is so that is something I guess

Right on, good job bro! Yeah, anytime a barbell is used, the weight lifted includes the total weight of the plates and barbell usually. On things like Smith Machines and Leg Press Machines, you usually just count the weight only because who knows how much the other stuff weighs
How long can you go without food and water?
I dunno, have never tried or had to try thankfully. A couple days probably though, longer without food

Rusty is the brain...putting the plan together. Won't be at the actual robbery though, because I'm not dragging his ass if he falls and breaks a hip.
Ts3G is the driver...put that racing to the test son. Just don't leave without us all.
Me, Lucifer, JayEs, EnC are going into the bank...size, mass, etc. Our size will intimidate them before they even see the guns.
Muzzie would be our alibi that we were all in here posting. Hope they don't press her too much though...she'd fold like a cheap lawn chair.
Shakman wouldn't be involved. He'd forget what day we were going to pull the heist and be a no show.
VIC would be the insider for us, being the bank manager.

I love walking dead very much, but loved it more when Shane was alive. Game of Thrones wins by a Whole lot no doubt here.

TJF- You might get bored by Walking dead but trust me this is by far the best Zombie show and Game of Thrones is some Awesome stuff and entirely at a different level.

Been there.

I either internally process and deal with it [mind], or I externally exude it [body]. Physically-wise, I generally take a long walk outdoors, and soaking in the beautiful sights of nature always calms me. I usually put my headphones in, and listen to great music while I'm walking. There's nothing like a good walk to clear my mind.
Internally, I just try to talk myself 'off the cliff' so to speak, and urge myself to calm down becausethis too, shall pass. I also always repeat the 'Serenity Prayer' to myself [silently lol] in difficult times.

Are you a forgetful person? Either way, what is the most forgetful thing you've done?

Just had a cup of oats with cinnamon, 6 hard boiled eggs with no yolks sprinkled with pepper/salt and Frank's Hot Sauce, and part of a muffin. Also ad about 1/2 cup of OJ.

Why do you think it is so easy to gain vs lose weight? (for majority of people anyway)

Biology makes our bodies prone to store fat (food) for the lean times when it isn't available. We're like bears getting ready to hibernate. - probably not the best analogy to use...hue hue hue.

Because most people have no willpower and can't say 'no' to devouring yet another helping of food.

EnC, regarding water in pot, we fill the pot mate. Trust me the water that is cooled by pot is like I don't know how to put it, much better at killing the thirst man. I and my Mum we drink only from pot

I'm the minority I guess , lose weight just like that and hard time gaining. I'm still stuck at 130lbs fkkkk.

How is your day so far?

This is mind blowing to me. Mine is exact opposite, but I know why. I stuff my face but man it this a beast to deal with.
