It's not really worth looking at. He's very skinny fat but Im seriously mirin his dedication. I think he's mentally set on lifting and getting, then staying, in good shape from here on out.

Overall this thread will have been worth it for him even with the ban.

My guess for his ban is that he messaged a Mod to try to negotiate the bet, pissed them off, and got an early ban. Sad thing is that he can't defend himself. Lol.

He lost weight but what was a telltale sign of a failing cut was that his general shape was the same, meaning his waist was still bulbous and overly large. It got smaller, but proportionately it was the same general skinny-fat shape from when he started.

He's gone early but make no mistake, he was gone either way come Jan 1.

I actually happened across some, page 17 I think



he lost a good amount of weight but he's dyel so he'd have to be auschwitz mode to see abs. It was foolish of him to think he'd be able to lose like 20 lb. and be lean. He should've lifted more, like a lot more, the past couple months. Lol @ doing an upper lower split when the goal is abs. Maybe, you know, do abs ever day?

That, and a solid water cut by the EOY and he might have been able to see a line between his upper two and the bottom four and tried to skate by with that.
