My parents turned 60 this year so I don't usually say anything about feeling old or even not young or achy because yeah I'll save it for when I actually do get old, using them as a reminder of slowing down
I'll also hope that when I'm 60 I can help my kid move full size couches out of the second floor apartment and down the outdoor stairs to the moving truck to take to the house without breaking myself lol

Sarcopenia is the enemy that defeats so many older people. It leaves them weak, slow, and unsteady.
Just keep lifting and you'll maintain lean mass. Generally, there's no reason why you can't be physically active and capable on your 80th birthday.

My grandpa is 76, he walks miles a day, follows a routine for meals and doesn't just lay around at home like many people want at that age. He grabs something across the table with ease and quickly, walks quickly, and still has a full head of hair.

As you age, you lose strength/power disproportionately more than you do endurance...keep the resistance training going guys, squats especially. Strength, power, mobility/flexibility through a full normal range of motion, balance, skeleton loading, great things
And enough pulls/deads you don't end up like this

Ike would appreciate this . . .
We went to the world premiere of Frozen (pre-Broadway musical) last night. Denver got the "test run" ahead of it going on Broadway in Feb. Was pretty good. They had "technical issues" 2 songs into it and they brought down the curtain and took a break to reboot some systems that controlled scenes/props/effects. Then started right back up again. Kids really liked it.

American makes it easy to trade miles for a fare. In April, I flew round-trip from South Fla to Paris using miles, and had good seats.
I charge nearly everything with it.
If are are traveling, you should get TSA Pre-check. The Citibank AA card pays for that too.
ETA the AA card also waives foriegn currency transaction charges on purchases overseas. They add up fast if you are paying them.

What rewards credit card are you boyos using? I'm starting to travel more frequently so i was thinking of opting for the Chase Sapphire preferred card (has $95 annual fee), but my bank (PenFed) has the Platinum Rewards VISA no anuual fee(5x points on gas, 3x points supermarket, 1x everywhere else) and the AmEx Travel card (5x points of airfare, 1x points everything else). The Airfare points are tempting but not really a fan of Amex since it's not accepted as widely as visa.

I have an Amazon Prime card: 2% off at gas stations, restaurants, and pharmacies and 5% off of Amazon purchases with Prime membership. It also will give you 1% back everywhere else, but for that I have a Capital One Quicksilver card that does 1.5% of every purchase. I use that for everything that isn't gas, dining, or Amazon basically.

Guys wouldn't 2 servings of this below be better than the controlled labs fish oil?? 180 servings for 22 bucks, cut it into 2 90 days for 22 bucks (for the first link) vs 27 for 120 days (with controlled labs)
NOW:https://www.bodybuilding.com/store/n...l?skuId=NOW609
Controlled labs:https://www.bodybuilding.com/store/c...e-oximega.html
The first link (NOW) would be 2 cents more but the dose of EPA/EHSwould be more
