The orange oximega fish oil is BOGO-50%.

You set on pre workouts? Nothing more sexy and exciting in the supplement realm to talk about than pre workouts.

Carbon Prep for a caffeine free pre workout is 50% off. Great deal. Can always add a caffeine pill or energy drink or whatever you do to it too

Weird. As Americans, when we go into Canada your border patrol practically clips our toenails for us. Coming back in is almost like being evaluated by your first girlfriend's father.

I'm assuming the deal of 27 dollars for 270 capsules of orange triad is a good deal, I'll grab one.

How necessary is fish oil? And I remember someone recommending now fish oil? Or was that multi vitamin

Fish oil is a great supplement that probably just about everybody who doesn't consume a fair amount of fatty fish should take, for them there omega 3's and specifically EPA/DHA. So many general health benefits. Aim for 2-3g combined EPA/DHA per day. There are other good fish oils out there too of course, just be sure to always check EPA/DHA content

This. Some have minimal EPA/DHA content and are the same price.

Damn, i need to step up my fish oil intake. I'm terrible.

What rewards credit card are you boyos using? I'm starting to travel more frequently so i was thinking of opting for the Chase Sapphire preferred card (has $95 annual fee), but my bank (PenFed) has the Platinum Rewards VISA no anuual fee(5x points on gas, 3x points supermarket, 1x everywhere else) and the AmEx Travel card (5x points of airfare, 1x points everything else). The Airfare points are tempting but not really a fan of Amex since it's not accepted as widely as visa.

Best priced fish oil that meets those standards in your opinion? I have taken like a pill or two my whole life and no I don't eat fatty fish often if at all.

I have a Citibank American Airlines card. The fee is $450 annually.

It gets me one mile per dollar charged. Plus Admiral's Club, first checked bag free, and priority boarding.

American makes it easy to trade miles for a fare. In April, I flew round-trip from South Fla to Paris using miles, and had good seats.

I charge nearly everything with it.

If are are traveling, you should get TSA Pre-check. The Citibank AA card pays for that too.

ETA the AA card also waives foriegn currency transaction charges on purchases overseas. They add up fast if you are paying them.

My choice has long been the controlled labs fish oil, especially by stocking up on sale. Occasionally I've taken now ultra omega and one from the river I think dr tobias, but BOGO-50% definitely the CL oximega

Looked around today, the B1G1 deal with the high amount of EPA/DHA makes this a solid choice.

Part of me wants to see Europe hit by terrorists.

Of course I wish there was no terrorism, but if it's going to happen, I want it where the open-border, anti-liberty statists are running the show. Stupid is supposed to hurt.

I had a rough patch 2 of the last 3 weeks. Was in Florida so I only got in twice that week. The fitness center in my hotel was poverty af and I didn't have time anyways. Was just sick so I've only been once since Saturday. But I did add weight to a few exercises so feelsgoodman.
