Anyway, story time:
While I went to eat said donut (just now) I also went to the store to grab some milk and cookies for a nice cheat meal. I'm sitting in my car when this girl about late 20s knock on my window. She ask if I have any money so she could buy some food. I know this area tend to be popular for druggies and I also know better than giving them money from personal experience. I ask her what she wants to eat. She said she want to buy some chicken. I'm short on cash so I gave her my 1L of milk and cookies. When she thank me I go: 'Nah thank you for saving me from cheating on my diet'. Kinda had a warm fuzzy feeling. Felt good mayne.
Awww… that's really nice of you. It's always nice to have someone eat your azz after only a week.

Sorta srs about that, but it's nice that you did that for the girl.

And holy chit you guys… the last page made me cry.

Canadians and their "scary" stories.

I grew up in Baltimore. Ghosts stayed away from my neighborhood so they wouldn't get mugged.

I wouldn't brag about poor treatment of lower/middle class and poor urban arrangement tho. Seriously whats up with that USA? You guys need to step up your city game.

I just grew up in the country in a tiny farm house poor as dirt…. at least I didn't have to deal with being "city poor" that's gotta suck. In my village, it was the norm not to be well off…

This^ SO much this. It makes me wonder wtf anyone lives there for. When you have to carry a gun to feel sort of safe? You are seriously doing it wrong. There are bad people everywhere, no question about that. But it's like USA breeds them for sport.

I grew up in an old farm house too. In the country. I've never been able to live in the city. I lived in Thunder bay, that was the closest I got.and I hated it…

Country bumpkin also checking in this thread. Last weekend we bought a car for $300 and we drove it around the field for the afternoon trying to set the airbags off. We then shot it with guns. Try doing that in the city….

Carrying a gun neither makes you safe nor feel that way.

I find cities far more fun than country. Rural areas bore the chit out of me.

I'm kinda torn about the whole country vs city thing. My father was from the city and my mother was from country and I grew up in a city but every summer till about age 10 I spent in the country. Both have their perks, brb, riding around on dirt bikes at age 10. Yeah, that's not gonna happen in the city. BRB, in jail. On the other hand, going club hopping at age 20 and making out/smashing random chicks that you'll never see again………try doing that in the country. BRB, you're now the village creep.

This is probably true.

I never really liked dirt bikes anyway . . .

yeah. I'm living in dallas and want to run away screaming. Fort Worth (which is right next door) is a bigger city but with a country feel that I appreciate. I miss it there…
