Forget value and inflation and deflation with Tether. Just focus on the fact so many morons blindly trusted it and now it's being exposed as a scam. The FUD surrounding this news alone will cause a market crash, maybe a massive one, that's the biggest problem IMO. It's like crypto being banned in China again, the market lost China money, but US money and all other currencies pulled out hard as well just based upon the negative news.

So did ICX finally release a private wallet yet? First they said one would be coming out at mainnet launch. Then they said wait until the summit. Now no news.

Eh I wouldn't really phrase it that way, you make it sound like all crypto assets are frauds just because USDT is (the total market cap included fraudulent coins). It would be the same chit as Bitconnect - just builds fear in the masses and will impact some new investment.

Not a bad thing that the market goes through the scam/ponzi phase. People will get wiser; you'd think...

you need to understand how huge 2 billion of liquidity is. If it's gone that's the equivalent of a market order of 230,000 btc leaving the buy side of the market.
