The problem im seeing with the crypto community is that most of us are looking at crypto with rose colored glasses. We all have to remember that this whole market is driven by market sentiment/public perception. If tether goes down, the whole market goes down with it. People will bail and others will follow.

so this month old news just released today. Why? Why was this released today? to scare people into selling so that whales can buy more. It is only my speculation. Did i exaggerate a bit and am i New yes. but if one were to read the original context of my post it is quite easy to see it was humerus maybe with some vein of truth. On Binance when you cash out to USD it's US Dollars...which can be wired to your bank. Not sure if I'm understanding your question correctly

while i agree there has been clear manipulation going on all month (and longer ofc), you mentioned both the illuminati and the chinese government (?) in your post, but not tether itself?

tether has been a source of FUD for ages and is positively the reason for the dip/volatility over the past couple hours, regardless of wall street ****ery

apologies for coming off aggressively, i know that participating is the only way to really gain experience, but i just get fed up with how this thread gets overly cluttered with chit posts, false information, and exhausted memes

there's a reason most of the knowledgeable folks from MCC vol 1 and 2 are no longer to be seen around here

Can you even trade in USD on exchanges? Bittrex definitely doesn't have it. Only ones I know of are Coinbase and GDAX (which are basically the same thing).

no hurt feels man. I m just going to call BS on this usdt thing. for all we know usdt will check out fine when the us gov goes through with its legal actions. This subpoena is now almost two months old. My GUESS is that the story was strategically released today to shake up the market so a few powerhouses could soak up some buys. Can i be wrong? yes, but it is good to think differently in these situations to justify holding our buys so we can have lambo tires in the future. and i strongly believe that a market now as large as crypto does not solely hinge on one or two coins. These coins can be essential to the market but i believe if these coins fail the market will adapt and move on. Also i hope the expert miscr's from previous threads continue to decide to participate. the misc is a small group to start with and we need a good mix of people here for us to remain successful in our discussion and analysis here.

My mistake...I was thinking on GDAX. On there I have fiat is USD (US Dollars). On Binance you have USDT (tether)

I'd think people only dump if it mooned before... which is didn't so far, and probably still won't before tomorrow?

Will roll out on Korean exchanges as well I believe?

Wouldnt the market go up if people were getting out of tether?

Theyd be buying (or getting out of tether and into) btc, ltc, eth and cashing out. Wed see a bump in those dogs because of the fiat gateways

I mean, it did break ATH last night and went through a metric fuk ton of sell orders to do it. 6800sat to 9200 without a real retrace. Dunno, could be a bit of a letdown going into tonight if people have moved on, we'll see.
