My sister just fell into another diet trap from a magazine.
She read that banana shakes burn fat and now is going to drink that everyday thinking she will loose weight and refuse to follow any diet as she said, I quote ''I love food too much''.
I'm starting to think it will require me to get a phd in medicine followed by a nutrition degree for her to even begin to think I might actually know wtf I'm talking about when it comes to nutrition and exercise.

You want to hear something awkward? When I started to lift, I wanted to find a way to motivate myself. I had just watch Iron man the movie and had a thing for Gwyneth Paltrow so near the end of every set I would tell myself ''One last for Gwyneth Paltrow!''. Then one time I was lifting and really pumped up with the music blasting in my ear. I was about to give up on that last rep of chest press when I just go ''C'mon, one last for Gwyneth Paltrow!'' but at the same time someone turned around to look at me. Was I struggling too much or did I say it out loud? The music in my ear was so loud that even if I did I couldn't possibly have heard myself talk. To this day, I still don't know if this guy heard me say it.

well im starting to like cardio again. ran about 10k in 50mins today getting back to where iwas.

When I put on fat during winter I feel lazy but then the leaner I get toward summer the more I just wanna run, swim, bike, skate etc. It truly feels better to be leaner. Now if I can get both big and lean that'd be
