even with a pre-wo i'll lose steam fast but if I stick with it and push through i'll get the energy i need to keep going.
Im getting about 50g carbs a day and feel horribly fatigued. No way could I go lower. I guess I could if I went hog wild on bacon and cheese or other fattening foods but Iโ€™m trying to keep cals reasonable and fats just a little higher than normal.

i'm on <1k cals 125-130g of prot with roughly 30g of carbs and the rest fats.
trying to cut fats and carbs more per the diet because I got enough fat to feed the body on me.
But first week is always the toughest.

got a friend doing the same diet so it helps.

I donโ€™t know how you people survive on less than 1200-1500 cals. I would legit keel over. Lol

I quite literally sit on my ass all day at work.
When it stops being cold and wet regularly i'll hop on the bike and will adjust cals up but with PSMF I look for a 1500-2k deficit to drop 3-4lbs a week.

I still eat my carbs when I'm cutting. I don't cut out carbs at all and I've still lost weight. It's about eating in a calorie deficit of at least 10%.

I have carbs on the weekends.
carbs are the easiest cals to cut to make prot requirements.

So I think I pulled my left deltoid muscles while playing volleyball yesterday. There's no bruising so I don't think I tore anything and I still have full range of motion. Chit hurts though but it's not a severe pain. I'm debating if I should work out today or not (probably do cardio only or work around my injury) and I'll be seeing the doctor tomorrow to get it checked out.

IDK if other guys feel similarly, or it's my own personal insecurity. Maybe I need to fuk more chicks until I devalue sex enough not to care - sad world.

I was thinking the same thing. Brb dating some girl who is also doing her fwb till it gets serious. Iโ€™m sure thatโ€™s how it always is though

I actually lose weight when I go on vacation. Food is not that important to me compared to sightseeing places so I tend to eat less. I also drink only water (no alcohol/coffee/soda) so less calories too. However, I am the heaviest compared to my sisters. Lol. If I really really want to be flat as a board then I just run 6 miles uphile every weekend.

And the worst reaction was just a reaction of shock. So far I've never been cursed out or slapped or anything like that. I've never had the police called on me and I've never even had a woman just yell at me but I live in a more middle class area, if I were to go to a more affluent area, I might get a more negative, overblown reaction. The woman who are non-manipulative are not gonna have such a theatrical reaction and are gonna either calmly reciprocate or reject you. At times women seem to find it funny I'm bold with them.
ahh.. I see. I was just thinking of the worse scenario case for Mode 1 approach. I know exactly what my friends would do if a guy did the Mode 1 approach.

You need to find a woman that only thinks one-sided and that side is same as yours.

I agree with both of these in an ideal world, but as you're aware, the more constraints I put on this the less likely I am to discover someone.

The best thing I can do is maintain certain personal constraints & standards but expose myself to environments that are more likely to include women that match them. i.e. increase the probability.

This is also a very nuanced case-by-case basis I've realized, although I still maintain that they should _not_ be ONS partners or casual non-exclusive sex partners.

i guess im just the biggest prude because this sounds awful to me. like he uses you and it sounds like you like it that way.

To me FWB's is just that. You're basically using each other for sex and or some type of companionship until something better comes along.

Honestly I think it's a safer route compared to people who run around having casual sex with numerous randoms.

Yep, but it gets tough psychologically after a while. At least for me with the last girl there were some feelings creeping in, where I felt uncomfortable at the thought of her dating other guys, and I had to end it. Some people are more cut out for it than others.

It's like an ether between FWB and girlfriend. If you develop feelings, it isn't sustainable and gets stressful.

I just think these modern casual relationships are messy as hell. Unless like you said it's literally *just* for sex and zero feelings develop, but that seems unrealistic considering sex is intimate, hormones, biology etc. that drive people (esp women w/ oxytocin) towards bonding.
