By the time I finish Witcher 3 GOTY and the ng+ replay this will be coming out. Good times. It only has to be close to as good to be worth the wait, if it's somehow better then good lord.

I just hope they sort out the density of NPCs/traffic etc. Maybe it was 2am, who knows but I want the environment to be bustling. Kind of like in the Witcher, it's quiet outside but in towns it fills like a community.

Devs keep bragging as of late on how they feel they did an amazing job of making Night City feel like an actual, lived in city. They will deliver brah!

One of the videos I posted weeks ago dove into this topic of how people are just utterly grasping at straws to produce ANY sort of click-bait content regarding CP2077. People are creating hour long videos that are all just purely theoretical since we don't actually have THAT much information about the actual gameplay. We've seen a couple trailers and people took those and have turned it into this never-ending click bait hype machine when in reality they have no idea wtf they're even talking about.

I didn't even click the videos because I know they aren't going to have more info than anyone else, and there's obviously no point in planning a playthrough when the final product isn't even here. But the dearth of information means people are so ****ing thirsty for any new tidbit out there, feeding the clickbaiters. Tbh it's the core of CDPR's marketing - drop a huge reveal to hype people, then put a stranglehold on information except on PR, so that the masses run around looking for anything to quench their hype like ADHD kids and slurp any drip the devs drop on gaming/social media.

I noticed lately a lot of people are just making videos using info from the Cyberpunk 2077 Fandom and similar websites and extrapolating that to the game.

Things you do and choices you make even when not doing missions can still effect your story and missions down the road. Mind blowing how CDPR has pulled all this off. It doesn't get much more "real life" than that. If you kill a quest giver or someone important to a story, obviously down the road when you get to that point during a mission that person can't still be alive to give you a quest, etc, if you want it to stay realistic and have your choices have real consequences.

Apparently you don't have to follow the main questline to get to the endgame either, doing sidequests in a certain way will alter the main story - focus being on the "butterfly effect" of your actions. Wonder if you can completely **** things up by killing an important character in what seems to be a random encounter.
