You never know. He might end up in there with some guy who lost his life savings on chit coins and has nothing to lose.

His charges for this case carried 110 years, and I don't think that's including the six other charges that were supposed to be part of his second trial, which was completely dropped (for basically no reason).

Prosecution recommended 40-50 years.

Bernie Madoff got 150 years.

In legal filings, prosecutors cited 13 examples of white-collar prosecutions that involved a loss of more than $100 million. In all but two of those cases, the defendant was sentenced to 40 years or more.

SBF should be in prison for the rest of his life.

The ultimate victimless crime

How dumb do you have to be to trust someone the other side of the world to look after your worthless little bits of computer code?

Let him go

You're poor Sam, you wouldn't understand.
Survival. When the jungle tears itself down and builds itself into something new. Guys like you and me, we end up dead. Doesn’t really mean anything. Or, if we happen to live through it, well that doesn’t mean anything either.

I think he can possibly get paroled much quicker than that?

**** is not regulated as the the Bernie Madoff case but tons of entities in the West started accepting that type of currency and there are laws preventing this (that is why he was charged in the first place). E.g. I cant open an online mini chancer casino and fool people on capital allowance for wins alongside relative chances.

Since when scams are acceptable, Sammie?

You are projecting your personal opinion on crypto. I also personally do not see the hype of crypto at all btw.
