I don't think I can take the constant cutting to Taylor Swift as Mahomes and Kelce's smug fuking faces celebrate scoring on the niners.

We just got to hope the Niner defense holds up and the offense keeps Mahomes off the field.

GG fellas, but like I told Deeps 4 years ago, Mahomes is inevitable.
All it takes is Mookie Betts, Steph Curry, and Joe Burrow all sitting in the same car in order for one drunk driver to make the world a significantly better place.

yeah this sucked. Bosa was getting held all game, same ****. Whatever. Just gotta ride with Brock at this point and get an oline to actually block for him. Their window is likely closed, was a fun run but ultimately empty. Feel bad for the guys, brutal.

Why didn't Purdy run for any first downs when it was under 4 yards

I care as a 49er fan and not blaming….asking.
He had just done it the week before and the 3 and outs were total bullsht, as well as our sucky ass kicker.

Window is not closed when your QB is being paid peanuts. 9ers will still be stacked next season.

CMC fumble, muffed punt, penalties at crucial times, missed PAT kick but ultimately Kyle lost this for us. With this new OT rule we shouldn't have had the ball first. Just so many chitty calls by kyle…i hate him!! i'm fuking fuming m8

likely to give the defense rest from just being out there on the field, all in all KC was probably going to score a TD if they got the ball first with a more tired 49ers defense…

this is where 49ers should scored a TD on their OT drive, being basically on the goal line, thats how i knew it was game over

taking the ball first was TOTALLY the right move. Gives your defense rest. and gives you the third possession if it goes to that, which is sudden death. don't be stupid.

bit confused about this new OT rule - so if niners scored a TD on 1st drive and chiefs got TD on their drive, would a FG won it for niners on next drive or would chiefs have another posession? Still think you have the advantage knowing what score you need to get. Depending on what score they got you got 4 downs to get to the 40 or 4 downs to get a TD. and yeh, 'resting' the defense really helped didn't it? Made no difference to the shocking coverage

If the 9ers scored a TD on their 1st drive and KC scored a TD on their drive–it becomes sudden death (next points of any kind–wins). The difference is if the 9ers scored a TD and kick their XP, the Chiefs would have gone for 2 points (and the win) following their TD. That's the advantage of being on defense first and why Shanny is taking so much heat right now……

exactly. Apparantly, a lot of players didn't even know the new rule. Typical cuck over thinking mindset from shanny thinking about the 3rd possession…you defer, see what they get, then fuking win it on your possession with 4 downs

And they said the Chiefs players all knew the rule because they practice a simulation of it all the time, so his players know exactly what they are doing the minute the game goes to OT.

A defensive score by the team on defense first–also wins the game.

you're an absolute idiot if you think deferring was the right move lol. giving Mahomes the ball in sudden death is the stupidest thing to do in the ENTIRE WORLD lmao. how ****ing dumb can you be? lol.

Let's say KC scores a Td, then the Niners score a TD…..then what? Brock purdy, your young inexperienced QB would have to convert a 2 pt conversion to win the SB…or Mahomes gets the ball in sudden death lol. don't be stupid.

Also, the defense had JUST been on the field vs Mahomes keeping to a fg and they were gassed. you want to send them out there AGAIN to stop Mahomes? more ****ing stupidity. The defense JUST got dogwalked and lucked out because the clock ran out. be ****ing logical. why is this even a discussion?

this is one of the dumbest football conversations I've ever had. Taking the ball was the right move, stop being a bitch and accept it. They couldn't get it done on their drive in OT because the oline choked and couldn't get CMC 1 yard on second down and couldn't block the blitz. the end (Jennings was wide open and Aiyuk was wide open for a td).

If you're going to blame Shanny for not running it in the beginning of the third, go ahead, but this **** is such a dumb conversation.

it's not a dumb conversation it's just people giving their opinions, calm the fuk down. My opinion, and many others, is that no way do you take the ball first in OT unless it's the old rules where a TD on the first drive wins it.

You go for 2 because it is the only method of controlling your own destiny in OT. Pretty simple.

yes, go for 2 with basically a rookie QB and put all the pressure on him lol. utterly retarded. I'd much rather force KC to go for 2 and put the pressure on them. basic chit.
