I knew this was going to happen. Other sites will likely follow suit later today and tomorrow. Apparently the SEC gave robinhood the ok to do so. I did lose some money cause of what I want to call it illegal and purposeful manipulation. Not easy to pick up your money and move to another stock site when there are wait periods for transfers.

Hopefully some legit high power law firm can strike these *******s for what happened today.

Just put in 1k into GoPro. Been following it since the 3s-4s and always doubted myself. Nothing has been shorted like this stock, since it was up in the 90s per share. I have a feeling.

Gamestop may end up in a better position, a position they definitely would not have been in before the short-squeeze.

Read an article yesterday about how the stock owners of gamestop like Ryan Cohen may be able to use the situation to help Gamestop financially, but can't find the damn article! (I will post it, if I stumble upon it.)

Another way it may help though...

Popularity. Gamestop's brand is being spoken about all over the MSM daily. Ryan Cohen has 13% of the stock and is the biggest shareholder, he was passionate before the short squeeze about saving Gamestop, and has fought the board on expanding it's e-commerce. I've no doubt - if they are smart - they are having meetings on how to capitalize on the publicity.

I'm guessing a class action lawsuit will take place but nothing will happen, SEC, Government, Big Brother, Wall Street, etc will end up making some bullchit excuse to bail out all guilty parties in this. The only people losing money and selling are the people who bought in yesterday. If you didn't buy in last week, you're either going to sell at what you bought it, sell for a minor profit, or mostly selling for a loss. A lot of people hopped in yesterday to make money, and unless they sold early this morning, they'll likely take $100 loss per share, depending how this all shakes out.

Well it definitely seems illegal and is hurting us on other trading platforms.

Part of the reason to buy and hold certain stocks was the knowledge that others on their platform could do the same. When those other platforms shut down trading for no reason, it prevents the stocks I hold from being bought and increasing in value.

I hope a class action lawsuit opens up on Robinhood over this.
