risky but i think you will do well. Most undervalued sector right now. But again, its determined by price of oil. If oil goes above $100 per barrel there will be some serious FOMO in the markets. And if we have shortages or people get scared we may run out of oil…imagine the FOMO on that. I remember in 7th grade during peak oil my teacher was saying we have 20 years left before we run out of our supply..thats when you know its time to sell

DOCS is smashing teledoc from an earnings perspective.

I think we'll see a lot of 'barely used' pelotons hitting the market for the next 12 months.

You're a Buffett/Munger disciple right?

I chalk this up to knowing my area of competence and buying what sells for the lowest price relative to value. Don't know what tech will do, don't know what cocoa beans will do, but I work in O&G and felt like I did know what oil would do.

Not sure yet, already sitting on $40k cash in the retirement account right now and will probably throw it at indices

Got another tax-free savings account that I've been selling chunks of CVE out of and will use that as part of a down payment for a new house

Gjdm.

My view is that structural inflation will decimate every other sector except energy. Energy is currently 3% of SPY and peaked at 28% in 2008. Holding this until I see 10 baggers.

I think that's very possible, the spike in natural gas prices is equivalent to oil hitting $180/bbl

Definitely won't liquidate close to all my O&G positions, don't plan on touching CNQ or SU and just needed to mitigate some risk with CVE

Gotcha. Yeah the covid stock crash gave me zero jitters…. But when crude hit negative $30 per barrel, I was just thinking, "wait, wut…"

Didn't even know negative crude was a remote possibility.

Jfl. DOCS is blessing us with a discount. This is a new IPO that is already pumping out massively positive earnings combined with obscene revenue growth.

You can safely ignore any speculative price swings.

TGT 11/19/21 $210P for $2.85 seems solid. Snagged a couple of those. Holding off on TSLA for now cuz I'm awful at guessing when they drop.
