That’s about where you want it. I don’t understand ops long walk endeavours would be way less effort and easier to focus on diet doing that many miles (17) per day is hard on ur body and unnecessary when diet.

That said if that’s what works for him/gets him losing weight best of luck to him
When he regains consciousness, double the voltage.

the problem is it's not sustainable. if he's truly walking 17.5 miles a day, which i doubt, it's not sustainable. i think the tracking on his Indian treadmill is way off.

also - there is a law of diminishing return with "chronic cardio". you burn muscle instead of fat and end up looking like shit.

I agree it’s not at all. He could do stair climbers for much shorter amount of time and still burn many calories.

Why though? Just dial in your diet. I think 6-8 miles a day is solid, more than enough.

If it’s cardio vascular health u want, do running, but for much shorter than 5 hr. 30-45 min, work up to 90-120min
When he regains consciousness, double the voltage.

I’m not working right now. I’m taking the walking as if I had a full time job that requires walking all day.

Do you have a scale at home? Need the daily morning weights

7-10-26 No walking today I’m injured.
I believe it’s a sprain that the new running shoes caused because they were too tight.

this is how it happens. you overdid it. i warned you. i told you it wasn't sustainable. now you're injured and you can't do shit. slow and steady wins the race. negative spiral. it's over.

meanwhile i'm consistently doing 13,000+ steps every day for years.

Bro, the only thing that changed that day was that I was wearing new running shoes that were way too tight .

that should not cause an injury. overuse did it. any good podiatrist would tell you that.

Okay, I 100% believe it was the new shoes I was wearing. I’ll make a comeback and slowly work my way back up to just 10miles a day.

Make a comeback!? Keep going wtf… dial in your diet so you ensure you’re in a deficit if you’re not walking. Go lift some weights too, don’t need a foot for that

This. The old fagget is right sadly

But if long miles are working keep doing it. Everyone is different and what gets ur ass working is what gets u working. I imagine if u cut ur walking in half you’d have way more free time
To stuff your face being a temp neet.

I used to be a cross country runner in high school bro. I’m no longer going to do more than 10miles though.

If you have access to a gym do stair climbers and make walking supplementary, doing stair climbers will cut ur calorie burning down to 1/3rd the time vs walking. But walking is good too. 17 miles though? That’s fucked up man, unless ur training to be a us ranger

More importantly as the old man said it’s not sustainable. Get into a routine u can do for the rest of ur life neet or not
