even at 206 you cannot longer really fk either. definitely limited to her riding you. bloatlords cannot do any decent laying of the pipe, blood circulation is poor too so high chance of low hard-on quality unless she's hot as fk or you pop a cialis to cheat the extra poundage

so 250lb+ brahs, damn, game over for a regular sex life - and no sloot wants a slob trying to pound them

leanmaxxers can fk very well into their 70s, or 80s with a cialis for an extra boost no doubt. no weight on them, so its all on will power of the gods at that age to just keep pumping

i cannot imagine also not walking regularly as i age, one of lifes free simple pleasures that bloatmaxxers simply do not enjoy

I find it hard to go on proper long walks in this heat. If I do walk during hot summer I tend to leave it to late night, where I feel too tired to really put the miles in.

Its rare for me to walk more than 5 miles in one go.

You should increase the incline and not spend 4 hours on the treadmill. 1 hr per day at 15 incline and 3.5mph should be good.

Na you can injury yourself with an incline that high. You still can’t burn 2,000 calories at max incline in 1 hour

You're not going to injure yourself unless you fall off of the treadmill.

Bro, your joints start hurting. You get aches and pains. I rather stay at 5.0 incline for a week or two and slowly increase it.

Nah you need to lift as you cut or you will just look like a skinnier version of your fat self.

The whole point of leanmaxxing is to be lean with muscle, not the ozempic skinnyfat look especially since IIRC you're the one who posted a pic DICED back in the day.

Your muscle memory will do wonders. Don't see why you don't wanna hit the weights. When I first restarted I took a brutal blow to my ego struggling to get 165x5 even though I used to do 245x5 for working sets. Currently getting close to 225x5 again and only lost like 10lbs scale weight but 20-25lbs plus pure fat. It takes time but you will get your strength back and look a lot better on the way down to 160...may even end up recomping 170-180 with muscle based on your old pics.
Do not think that what is hard for you to master is humanly impossible; and if it is humanly possible, consider it to be within your reach.

average walking speed is 3 mph. 17.5 miles/3 mph = 5.833 hours. and that doesn't factor in any incline.
