As a SoCal brah one of my favorite parts of visiting my relatives in Nebraska every summer is getting to see some awesome weather. Perfect clear warm sunny blue skies get boring.

so how does this work? do the models approach you and want to be shot with those outfits/scenarios? or are you the art director and you choose what they will be wearing etc?
When you come to think of it, almost all human behaviour and activity is not essentially any different from animal behaviour. The most advanced technologies and craftsmanship bring us, at best, up to the super-chimpanzee level. Actually, the gap between, say, Plato or Nietzsche and the average human is greater than the gap between that chimpanzee and the average human.

It was a local group photoshoot of cosplayers. they come dressed as whatever they want, and then a group of photographers are invited. It turns into a free-for-all photoshoot. I just used the opportunity to play around with my IR camera since ive been wanting to try experimenting IR portraits with it.

Anyone here has any experience shooting at 28mm? I've been shooting with a 50mm focal length for a while and I'm getting a bit bored with it. I want something wider for a change, so anyone has experience with that particular focal length?

That all depends on what you like to shot., and the 28mm is just one of many creative focal lengths. You need never expand beyond the 50mm if that is your specialty. if you can't move mountains, then you need a wider lens.

Not posted many things in a little while.

Here's a shot from a vintage bike event in my local town, I tried to get as more head shots this time around they're always my favourite photos to look back at

Also picked up a 2nd hand 400mm 5.6 so that's been fun to mess about with, can drive 10 minutes and still get photos of the Lake District now
