Good transformation. I believe natty, I lost about 30lbs in 5 months and people I knew started accusing me of juicing. 90% of people think any kind of decent physique is not natty.

Also strong lighting, how long did it take you to figure out how to angle yourself in front of that mirror to get good definition?

Everyone is commenting on lighting and angle, its a mens physique pose which im training for, would be stupid to do a front double bicep if im not bodybuilding. Yes, lighting is good, but i look good so it does not really matter

Don't waste your money, nothing beats cutting carbs and cardio, but thats just my opinion. people will say u dont need to cut carbs, yer maybe not but i want to lose weight in a 16 week time frame not a 25 week time frame

Lol you don't look any different between the two pics.

How to stay MOTIVATED: Take it one day at a time, surround yourself with positivity, create a vision board, make S.M.A.R.T. goals, reward yourself, BELIEVE in yourself, acknowledge your positive attributes, recognize your progress, visualize accomplishing your goals, be kind to yourself, and above all - DON'T COMPARE yourself to others.

The change and lighting and your leaness just gives the illusion that you've gained . Ask any guy that is lean, and the biggest trick to your progress was getting lean, changing the lighting dramatically, and a pump. Lighting + pump can make even natty's look unnatty.
most truth i have read in the misc in a long time....if only all the jelly non lifting ******* miscers would understand these simple facts..

Even if you do drug test people gonna point out something else anyways like that case of kinobody guy.I try this full control method on calisthenic too its harder to focus than weight training but it get me pretty pump than just reps it straight out.

Gettin rustled by a) the claims of non-natty ITT (as if it matters either way - who gives a chit) and b) people saying it's just lighting. You have to be full retard to not see the added muscle, in the chest especially. Look at his AVI compared to the before ffs.

Dunno how you're doin so much cardio on so few cals and carbs OP

Yer i suppose so, instead of people asking about nutrition or training they are like your not natty, im the guy who asks questions not the guy looking for reasons im not like that.

Wicked transformation, looks as if you gained muscle. Did you do any measurements, what are your other lifts at?

You could still go heavy on the compounds surely and use your new method on accessory stuff where TUT and contractions are key.

Why low carbs though, I always get high carbs, I have never had low carbs I'd be interested to see if it helps with fat loss or body composition. Imagine it would be hell though.
