Are you guys ****ing serious with sub 100 kg bench presses? Do you mean like in each hand or what? It makes me seriously question what merit it is to this chitty forum

I don't really know how the two correlate with each other but I did 70 lbs on dumbbell chest press the other day so I am definitely getting stronger. Also been going up in squat. Gonna do 135 lb squat today 5x5 but the only exercise I am staying even at is deadlift. Been stuck at 205 but I think it will take me a while to go up in that.

I think anyone who stays consistent will hit 200 for reps. The time it takes will vary, but I believe it's inevitable.

I'm in the final weeks of my cut, can only manage to do 5x5 with 225. Not bad for 175lbs though.

did 210lb for 3 sets of 8 yesterday, than did 230lb x 2 drop set to 225lb for 2.
