Thought this was another tradesman vs STEM thread
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

nothing like smoking a J and just looking up at the clear blue sky and watching the trees rustle. It really is quite euphoric.
I appreciate well thought out subtle trolling.

Can confirm, going outside when the sun is shining is the GOAT. Fukking LMAO @ places like the UK that get less than 300 days of sunshine a year. Would probably kill myself if I lived there. It's probably the reason their women are so ugly

Problem is, too much sun ages you faster and gives you crappy leathery skin and wrinkles.
There are people who are 30 and can still pass as a 21 year old....... and there are people who are 30 and look 45.

That would be the vitamin d3.
But srs, I love being outside whether it is putting in some work or just hanging out.
The best is after a good training session. I am dead, but at the same time I am on an endorphin high haha.

Within the green, you can go outside with zero sun protection. Lines up perfectly with my morning run and then some outside time in the afternoon (mow the lawn etc.).
eg. tomorrow for me, it's winter too here, barely no UV.

Use this website to figure out when that is:http://aa.usno.navy.mil/data/docs/AltAz.php(I believe the worldwide part will work for you all in Oz)
During the winter months, the sun doesn't get above 50 degrees and that's why you don't produce Vitamin D naturally.
I'm also a believer that sun screen causes more cancer than the sun does. At worst, getting some sun and going to the dermatologist regularly beats the hell out of being sun deficient and lathering in chemicals whenever you're outside.

Sunlight and beautiful days makes you happier.
It's science.
There's a reason why gray cities like Oregon have high suicide rates.

Vitamin D decreases your risk of melanoma, not sunlight. UV light is damaging no matter what.
