Speaking from experience this isn't so much a lack of interest by women, but any self respecting man doesn't want to take a girl back to his house when his parents are there. It's demoralising. Once I lost all inhibition and didn't care what their opinion would be (both the girl's and my parent's), I started to smash on the regular.
EDIT: actually read the OP and the study was about women's opinion. LOOOOOOOOL
WHO CARES ABOUT SLOOTS OPINIONS. Oh boy miscers never learn.

Meanwhile the REAL answer is...
Ugly miscer living with parents= Ewww like what a fuking weirdo loser! Like OMG does he have any job, friends or any prospect, like seriously gross!!! He needs to get a life because he will die alone for being such a loser!
Chad Miscer= Awwww, he must really love his parents and be close to them, that's so admirable. Any girl would be lucky to have him! Oh and he is soooo smart, he gets to take care of his parents and save money so he can start his own business and own his own house!

There's something pathetic about living at home unless you're in a dire situation past college. All the misc brahs who have jobs and live at home after college are literally just mooching off their parents no matter how you slice it. I am a firm believer that it hinders personal development living at home as an adult. Moved out at 18 for college and haven't been home for an extended break since and don't plan to. I pay my own rent too and it doesn't bother me one bit because it is part of being an adult. I would bet all the misc brahs saying how all these hbbs don't care that they live with their parents are banging trash and no quality

Cant hate on people for staying with their parents cause rent is expensive af in the city. Luckily for me I've always worked hard and been able to support myself financially and live comfortably.
I have noticed though in friends and acquaintances that lived with their parents for a long time after high school or still do that theyre definitely lacking the independence and maturity that I've noticed in other people. Whenever something stressful comes up They tend to shut down and not be able to cope emotionally. I think that since they've had to rely on other people for so much support they missed out significantly on building character.

Mind is blown at this logic.. I actually told a girl this last week. I jsut moved to NC with my parents (25). "Told her whats the point of having your own place? So I can bang girls?" Proceeded to go back to her place.
Would rather save for a house or GTR than pay rent to bang girls

No chit. Still, if you need to be at home for some reason then finding a longterm partner shouldn't be your primary concern, just do what you gotta do.

My bro has started 2 businesses..hes in his early 30's..and his partner dropped dead right as he was about to move onto his other business
Im pretty sure my bro wasnt entitled to the assets or anything. I dont know whats going on there
But i do know that while he did have enough money to buy out business, hes making jack chit right now in the beginning. His gf is supporting him
I know lots of older people that still struggle with money. Maybe they have assets but they still dont have much to work with on a day to day basis
I think its a lot more common than you think..theres no set defined age for any of this.. you could be broke in your 20's and start making bank at 40 or vice versa.. its just nothing is stagnant and definitively set in stone.

fukk it, I know staying it home is less attractive than having your own place
But...why??Unless its a house u paid for, there is good chance you're pissing 5k+ down the drain. Where I am you can get a government subsidized mortgage with that. I cant believe people are encouraging throwing money away.

Western culture of peace. There is nothing wrong with living with your parents. I am only leaving when I get married. Other than that, I will leave my mum's basement just to throw $1K on rent.
This quote sums it up.
This quote sums it up.
brb don't want to live with their own family
brb want to be independent
brb have to live with 1-3 roommates... strong independence (if not then brb living alone, what's the point when you work 50hrs a week and are barley home)
brb fall for media programming and believe that living with your own family is something negative... obviously "you know who" wants you out on your own, paying off a mortgage/rent, more property taxes, insurance, appliances, furniture, utilities, and all the other bs. Obviously they want to keep the wheels spinning in this hyper-consumerism society of America... turning in you into a slave cuck in order to pay everything off until the day you die.
but nah living with your own fckin family, usually your strongest relationship is something negative lmao
I fully understand moving out if your family sucks and dont get along, or if you have to move for work opportunities, but lmao at every other situation rentcels put themselves into.

24 and live at home, dating is never a problem
the only reason women say this because they like free **** (rent),and moving all there **** in and redecorating a mans place like some **** on one of those TV shows, obviously cant live for free and change the decorations in a mans parents house.

Most people, guy or girl, can't move out for ****ing years. My parents would hate on me for living at the house and told me how they were married and had a huge house by 22 while both making minimum wage. Good ****ing luck renting in the ghetto with minimum wage now lol. **** is so expensive now a days and gets even more expensive in large cities. Brb Toronto condo costs 500k and is the size of a bread box. You can lay on the floor in a fetal position and have one pair of shoes and that's it inside, or you can live at home for a few extra years and buy get something that isn't a complete piece of ****.

Back when I was 25 my group of friends were all living out of home except 1 guy. He was working IT saving up to start his own business, in our group he fancied this girl real hard she liked him but thought he was a loser living at home etc etc. Fast forward to now hes 33 and owns his own IT security consulting company. We had a group catch up over dinner 2 weeks ago she showed up and he showed up in his new porsch. He lives in double bay (rich area) in 4 bedder apartment he brought. Bish was all over him like a rash, he fobbed her off. I said to her didn't he fancy you years back but you couldnt get over the fact he lived at home?? Now hes the most successful from our group!!! Her look of embaressment was hilarious.

For men, the drive to satisfy the ego comes either being rich, strong/good physique or skilled at something. For women, their ego rewards them by being pretty enough to attract a man so they could show off to their friends.
Now if these women are not finding the rich prince charming with his own place then they become pissed off because it becomes harder to find their target and requires more hard work which means:
"come on guys, work harder so I can leech of your hard work"

The definition of pathetic is to feel pressured to pay rent and have their own place because they will be seen as pathetic by other people.
I agree that if they are living at parents house and playing video games is pathetic. But if they are meditating and starting their own business and saving money, then that's not pathetic and yes, people can grow through healthy habits.
