Not often. Usually a wave and inside or on the road. Guy across the road is incredibly nice and I've spoke with him several times, schedules just never match up. Guy across the creek went to uni with the wife and is super chill, we've gone drinking several times and he's even borrowed a cup of sugar from us ha ha. Never spoke to the guy directly next door to me though.
