Lol nope. I have no feelings for this girl. I just don't like someone being upset at me.

Australia must be more feminized than the U.S. if you think women can just yell and talk down to men and get away with it.
I would have told him to fuk off for fukking around with **** on the rack I was using while I was mid set. I've had *******s taking and stacking weights on the side of the rack while squatting. it's not just distracting, its dangerous. last thing i want to be focusing on while squatting is if someone "being awkward" is going to bump into me or the bar.

And lol at feminized when your argument is he was embarrassed. boo hoo. He should be embarrassed for being a dumbass. She obviously did the right thing because he won't be doing it again.

The thing is that people did this while I was mid set and I didn't complain at all. The bar is far away from me, so even if I was squatting and they wanted to load the bar, I wouldn't be near them. I had no idea that it would be a distraction.

I didn't even start squatting as she was mid set. I was just loading the bar which was far from her. Like I said I kept my distance.

What I would do is wait until you see her on a treadmill. Naturally she'll only be using the front half, so hop on the back half (just make sure to go the same speed as her so you don't bump into her and distract her pace) and whisper in her ear from behind "Hey, sorry about the other day with the squat rack, won't let it happen again." This strategy could also be applied to the stair mill, but probably not the cross trainer or row machine, not sure how that would work.

Okay, no need to be a dink. I should have asked before I used the outside rack.

Ffs I can't even sleep tonight. I keep replaying the events in my head. Why am I such an idiot? Why do I have to be socially awkward? Why didn't I just ask her before using the rack?

its not that serious, embarrassing...yes. but its over and done with. focusing on these kinds of events in life, too long, never does anyone any good. no one was physically hurt.

I wouldn't say ashamed, but he did fk up, nothing wrong with admitting you were wrong and apologizing, everyone is wrong sometimes

That being said, this is not such a big issue that not apologizing would cause problems, but sounds like it would ease ops mind.

Common man. Just let it go. You already apologized. She either let it go or is a **** and is holding onto it.

Don't let it bother you into not talking to other girls.

It's part of nature for men and women to do stupid things like this. When you think about it. You did something that she may never forget. Something that isn't that bad and kind of funny.

What OP should've done

Girl: Oh my god! You messed up my set. What the **** is wrong with you!?
OP: Do you want me to apologize?
Girl: Yes! And you're going to help with my sets too to make up for it!
OP: Well I'm not doing either of those
Girl: What?!
OP: I didn't stutter, did I?*OP proceeds to squat in the same cage as her*
Girl: Oh my god... *Pussy is gushing wet after being verbally dominated*

What OP actually did

Girl: Oh my god! You messed up my set. What the **** is wrong with you!?
OP: I'm so sorry! I'll help with your sets and re-rack your weights for you too like the little bitch I am!
Girl: You better, you little cuck! Suck my dick too while you're at it bitch boy!

Lmao, I was way too paralyzed by:
1. A girl speaking to me
2. A girl yelling at me.

To say a word. I barely said chit. I just helped her rerack the bar.

Also, I'd rather not embarrass myself further.

Had I not been really shy I would have asked her first before using the rack.
