Went down to the apartment gym one time, saw a girl in there I never seen before, she was the only one in there. I bluntly waved and said hi out of courtesy, and she takes off her headphones (I didn't see them at first) and gives a full attentive, "what?", and I said in a y-you too voice, "just saying hi", and she goes back to her workout, and I could tell her whole vibe changed, giving me the presence of a creep. So I just kinda dawdled around until she left, and then I started my workout. Chit was too awkward.

Topped off my water bottle but cross-threaded it. Went to shake it and the top flew off, water and ice went f-ing everywhere in front of at least 20 people.

This would be fine if that happened now since I am friends with everyone but this was back when I was "the f-ing new guy".

so i say to him, look a chick, i stand up to get a better vieuw and i say to him; nevermind, she's ugly as fuk..

so she comes over to us, gives him a kiss on the mouth and says: hey hony, im gonna start on the threadmil...

Was doing lat raises with a pretty heavy dumbbell, and it was my first time doing this exercise on a flat bench, stretched to do my first rep and it flipped me over backwards over the bench. I did a ninja move and popped up lol. The gym was packed but it all happened so fast only a couple people saw it.


I've also dumped 2 plates on several occasions trying to get dat 225 as a noob.. Full on confidence then stalled, then slid those bitches off 1 plate at a time, was loud as sh*t.


Also, stalled on 405 in the squat rack, luckily I set up the safety bars but it was still loud as sh*t and shook the whole rack.


Dropped a 25lb plate on my foot and was wearing vans, I cringed and kept from yelling but as I looked down there was a hole in my shoe and I saw where blood slowly started filling my shoe up. So I started limping the fu*k out of there asap.


Hit my head a handful of times on barbells/rope attachments, etc..





As a noob if you're not stalling, you're not trying lol.

1) Forgot I had already loaded my barbell for squats. Instead of 2 plates, I ended up using 4. Collapsed, after squatting down. Did not hurt me.

2) A couple of weeks ago, I was really tense and immobile due to spending hours at the PC writing papers. I tried deadlifting. Wanted to start my warm up set with only 1 plate. Lift it once, back hurts. Stopped lifting, went home.
