seems to me you have a very unhealthy image of yourself, and a very unreal image of Japan ingrained in your brain

I don't think you can escape those images just by moving into a different location boyo, it's something you need to solve most likely with the help of a therapist. In fact, I think going to Japan just exacerbated your self image of "manlet peasant race SEA" and just made it worse

i think it's good that you're realistic about the fact that tanned SE asians have peasant social status, but that doesn't mean you have to accept your fate lying down. give it your best shot and you never know, you might get lucky.

P.S. these days K-pop is hugely popular in SE Asia, so there are plenty of girls who wanna be Korean there who try and stay pale, try to dress well, etc. It's not as good as the real thing, but it might be a decent compromise if you strike out in Japan.

They do, but they're mostly on this paid app called pairs. Ive read that Tinder is flaky or the girls dont really know how to use it or what they are doing on the app
