I will never understand their (and not just ANA, but muj in general) lack of security. It seems like such common sense that security is your number one priority, well above anything else. Never mind the fact that these people have effectively been fighting for generations, yet they still do not understand (likely just don't give a fuk about their own lives) the concept of security.

Sorry about the vertical orientation. Shot all my other stages terribly, but this one was actually decent. Had one shot in the "C" zone for a 1-point penalty and all others in the A zone. After this, I had to assemble my sidearm and shoot some steel targets, edited that out because watching my back as I reassembled the pistol was boring.

It's seriously mind blowing. Especially after training with us for a decade and seeing how important we treat general security, they treat it like a complete joke. Lack of basic security is the only way I can imagine 10 guys killing 100+ and wounding 100+ in the middle of a base with small arms. I know most ANA don't walk around with their rifles like we do on their bases, but you'd think they'd have posted guards to make sure stuff like this doesn't happen, especially considering the insider threats.

Country is so fuked.

Not even just them. Pretty sure I posted the story of Hungarians firing a DShK at us before. Even a European force had no inclination of security and all of them racked out instead of pulling, it's insane.

lmao. Strong everything

In on new thread fuk boys.

Thanks to those who offered support on presentation at the end of last thread. Went well presented for about 15 mins, 5 mins of q&a was cake.

Had a couple young ladies in the class approach me afterwards and tell me they were completely against it based on the title of the presentation, but after I was done they were on board with CCW on campus. One of the guys in class said that even tho I went over time limit which was 10 mins the teacher said "I'm gonna let him keep going, this is really informative". Feels good.

Jimlahey critical thinking was the alternative to English 1b which is a bunch of writing papers and I dislike that so I chose critical thinking. It's pretty much a common sense class I haven't done much of the reading and have done fairly well in every assignment thus far. It's based around forming an argument based on fact and not using any rhetoric. How to identify bs and biased info and sources and just all around how to answer questions with intelligent estimations vs just guessing.

So it's a class that teaches you how to use common sense? That stuff your parents should have taught you? How to form an argument based on facts as opposed to emotion and rhetoric and feelings. Yeah doesn't sound like a waste of money at all.

as I described above it's a class that teaches you how to think rationally. On the first day of class she asked us to write down on paper whether we would rather jump off of a cliff or be a slave for the rest of our lives. Out of about 35 student I was one of three who wanted to know how hi the cliff was and what kind of slave before answering. Like I said common sense. But sadly it needs to be taught. I'm much older than the majority of students in the class ~5-8 years (college freshman-juniors), and some of the ideas that they have been taught and that have been absorbed are fukin so outlandish. especially since most of them were going through a crucial developmental stage in their morality and ideology were between 2010-2016.

If you're going .380 the Glock 42 is superior. The new Ruger LCP II is supposed to be a great gun as well. I haven't shot one yet but I do have one coming to the store next week.
