That being said having sex with a co-worker at work and letting him film it is pretty slooty on it's own

He says his insults in front if everyone. They just think hes being jealous. The running joke is that he and i are so into each other that we can help but clash. It also doesnt help that customers sometimes hit on me. So everyone thinks that im dating other guys and breaking his heart so hes retaliating.

Right you are about the last bit (though I get the impression she didn't know he was filming it but still) but it's not dis-believable.

I just got my impression from the other replies that it's her disjointed thinking in all of this that made people be like

Edit: forgot to say, I haven't clocked her in other threads so I don't know about that. Loled at "cumrag" but unfortunately on spread.

Management loves the guy theyll never fire him. I on the other hand an expendable.
He gets extra cash from them when he wants and skips work when he wants.
Management knows hes an ******* and they also joke that he likes me. I think they would let me go on the grounds that he is actibg unreasonable because he likes me.

As has been pointed out to you by myself and others ITT already, lawyers would see it a different way, hence I asked you if you documented anything. Even the management themselves would be forced to take a different tact if presented with said documentation.

I hate stupid people.

You're coming here with a simple problem with a simple solution. If you life and job are miserable it's time to leave no matter what.

But since this is likely a troll thread my best advice would be to fist yourself.

You do make sense but my workplace fires peopld for asking for two week vacations so involving a lawyer would get me fired as for suing id get ripped yo shreds.
Because in the beginning the and i had a borderline romance going on n some sexting was involved. Also the question of why i let it escalate would pop up and i would be shown as a cheating sloit.
There is a risk of me losing said lawsuit.

Its not simple. Thing is i need the money for me to pursue my studies and by sleeping with the guy on the premises that alone is grounds for dismissal.
So i have a choice of putting my studies on hold by quitting or exposing the guy to management or police or

Holding on while i look for another job. After which i could without fear report the guy and start a case againsr him.

Wait, so you were cheating on someone when this happened? So the blackmail part you referred to is revealing this not to management of where you work but to someone else?

No i wasnt cheating but i think hell make it look like he and i were together. He has already been posting broken hearted stuff. Like crying emojis, memes showing couples breaking up, other posts about heartbreak. Hes doing that on purpose to trick everyone. its sickening and i honestly think hes a sociopath. I think he might b doing that so when he does something bad to me, everyone will think its cause he was lovesick. Only one coworker realises that something is wrong with him. The ither just think hes troublesome with a high sex drive

Then presenting all the documentation will show this is untrue. I assume it’s clear from when you were texting him about the things he’s been doing it’s evident you weren’t actually going out with him. But even if you were, doing stuff like choking you, getting his wang out, trying to blackmail you etc is more than enough for a harrasment suit which companies are always chit scared of, regardless of if management is pals with the accused.

I feel like there’s something being left out here because it makes no sense why you wouldn’t take things forward with regards to outing him and ending this. He hasn’t a leg to stand on and management/lawyers will see this. Again, I feel like something is missing here......

the thing that is missing is at some point i did like him and forgave him twice. and texts i sent him showed that. i fell for his bull****. He apologised and begged and said he would stop treating me so badly and said he cared. he actually got teary eyed and promised he'd change and all that bull. gave some sob story.

then he kept doing crazy **** like saying im his whore, threatening me and at a point i just told him let me be. but i never agreed to be his gf nor to date him. in other words i partially screwed my own self up.

Well then just use the texts from after you told him to stop. From now on document in writing when he does shady stuff and send texts making it clear you’re not an item and saying “I told you to stop and now you’ve done such and such, fuk off and leave me alone”. Then when he carries on and you’ve documented it you’ve got your case.

i had already started doing that but i deleted most of those texts. ill continue doing so. i just feel sick about the thought of showing up to work but at the same time i feel like i have no choice, i dont want to disappoint my family and quit you know. starting a case will reveal all to my relatives and my mom cant deal with that kind of stuff.

i just wish he could tap into some small almost nonexistent part of himself that feels pity or remorse. only once have i seen him sad (for himself).

Continue to do so. But write down the incidents too as they go on. Keep a log. And frame the texts you do from now on in a way that the texts and responses make it clear what the deal is.

Yeah I get that about dreading coming in but not wanting to quit cause of what people will think. If you go through with presenting management or lawyers with this case then your family don't need to know the details of how it came to be; they'd just know it was some harassment thing. In fact if you presented management with the evidence they'd probably want it to go quieter than even you do. Either on the basis of it becoming a lawsuit in which case they'd have to pay out and it being public record or even in loyalty to the guy as you say they have. Either way it's in their interest to placate you.

As for him having mercy, don't wait on that. It won't happen. He is resting easy on the (so far correct) assumption you won't do anything to out him or complain to the company or anyone else.

Perhaps if you spent from now on gathering this log/text evidence that he is doing this stuff to you after you told him to stop and after you made it clear you weren't together, then let him know that you have it and you're not scared to show the world, he'll leave you alone. Like I said before, he's easy doing his thing because he's aware you're currently not doing anything about it. However I'd still recommend going to management or a lawyer with this evidence because if he gets away with it he'll do it to other women.

k i will talk about the harrassment with management tomorrow. i did mention making a police report but he said hed fk me up if i ever did that. then he accused me of being wicked and manipulative. when i told him he caused this he said basically that i was heartless and that i used him for sex. i think he's insane.

but you're right i dont want him to do this to someone else so ill take a stand.

so an update. i told management that he is always insulting me or trying to start an argument. didnt have the guts to bring up the sexual harrassment. so management said that he has been saying the same about me. For a day he calmed down but now he fakes being nice or constantly asks me questions or teases me or he acts crudely (e.g. a male coworker spoke to me for a bit, he told everyone the guy will get laid, he also told me he's going to make sure nothing happens between me and the guy).

The good thing is I am going to leave the job soon. The bad news is coworkers keep saying its a love thing thats going on even though they hear him cussing me or being petty or threatening to bust my face. It seems no matter what he does everyone just thinks its his way of showing me he likes me.

and honestly i dont think such a work environment is a healthy one. i just dont get how my coworkers see nothing wrong with whats going on. it makes me a little ill.

Your job and money/career prospects will mean nothing if you end up in a dumpster. The fact that you aren't willing to do the obvious thing of reporting him to the police because you're scared you're going to lose your job, is only validating his behaviour. In turn he will continue to up the anti and you may not be around to do anything about it.
