I remember I had a job that started at 6:00am to 2:30 for a while. It was really nice getting off that early. I need to get back on that for winter time. I'm way more productive in the mornings and I start loosing steam once the sun goes down. Summer time doesn't matter as much.
keep hustling cuz

I get up at 4:20, but that's just because I'm gone to work for 14.5hrs and have to fit gym in sometime. Don't enjoy it one bit.

But... why? I can understand if you have a job that requires you to do that, but still. It seems pointless other than for bragging rights or something. You can still get all the same stuff done, and have better evenings waking up at 8.
brb stay up till midnight
brb wake up at 7
brb still have a long day
brb don't have to fall asleep at 7pm like an old person
am I missing something here?

It certainly has its advantages. My office is a vehicle which means cruising the empty city streets late at night/in the wee hours of the morning. Listening to music. Enjoying no traffic/people out. Etc.

Up at 3:45AM, lifting by 4:45AM. Definitely enjoy it more than training after work when the gym is a zoo.

Up at 5AM crew but asleep by 930 :-(
I like getting my workout done in the AM and not have to worry about it after work. It gets it out of the way so if one of my friends or co workers want to do something after work, I can since I already got my run/workout in.
Plus running/lifting in the AM is the best stimulant you can have. Takes some getting used to, but once you are in that routine it is the GOAT.

Up at 0400 7 days a week. On the weekends I get a lot done before the rest of the house wakes up. Sipping coffee, catching up on some news, taking the dog for a walk.

Wake up at 3:30am crew. I'm usually in bed by 9pm. Wouldn't trade my schedule for anything.
Brb, no traffic going into work
Brb, getting off before everyone else and still missing traffic on the way home
Brb, missing the 5pm gym rush everyday
Brb, feeling more energetic all day
In fact, I even switched to decaf a few years ago since I have so much energy from waking up so early.

Can't wake up at 4am if I go to sleep at 4am.

Wake up at 4am everyday, love it.
It sucks when you want to sleep in a little on the weekends but your body still wakes you up super early though

So do none of you watch sports? I always have intentions of going to bed early but can’t turn off a good game, really doesn’t matter what sport even. Also tried working out in the am. Leg days are literally impossible when the body is still warming up

Early wake is the best if you are not single. Gym + Work and then go home by 7pm and have dinner and chill.

Used to get up at 5:15-5:45 and hit the gym when I commuted. Now, work from home workout at home, 10:45 bed, wake up when I wake up 6:15-6:30. When I travel for work and have to get up at 4 for a flight, I like it. Just wouldn't do it every day.
