Waking up at 4am is the GOAT

Anyone else live the Rock lifestyle, waking up at 4am? Quick coffee and you can either get some work done before the general public wake up or get dat dere exercise in and pepper thine angola hole for the day to come. Feels good mane.

Tried it, realized that only works if I give up time at night and go to bed earlier. So in the end, its the same hours used in my day only difference is whether I want it at night or the morning.
The beatings will continue until morale improves.

Like everyone else said, you dont gain any extra hours...But you are 500% more efficient in those hours.
-No traffic
-No one awake to talk too
-Nothing to do but work, workout, get stuff done.

DEF the GOAT getting everything done before work.

wake up from 1.30am-4.30am depending on the day of the week and time of the year due to work. I do like having the whole day after work free though which is nice

Ah not knocking ur hustle but working from home definitely makes that more do-able.

Sometimes I wonder if working from home would be GOAT... Or just kill me slowly from lack of social contact.

Far too early for me. I get up at 6:30, go to bed around 10:30/11. I always feel kind of strapped for time by the time I finish work, get to the gym, get home, cook dinner and do anything else I need to, so getting up earlier would easily solve this but I just love sleep too much
