You can, but you can't just be a gym rat, you have to go out on on a track and field and do drills and sports conditioning. Weightlifting/bodybuilding isn't a sport its just a means to train "for" a sport.

You don't have to be in HS/college/on a football team to practics drills, anyone can just youtube how to do them. This is especially important for "bodybuilders" on the sauce they need as much dynamic flexibility as possible.

itt all the non lifting miscer twinks who have never been on the sauce know everything about that sauce

anyone could have blown their knee out doing what he did. having a heavy upper body may not have helped his cause but to blame it all on that is stupid.

Are you serious? I took a year of Exericise Phys I know what the phuck is going on.

A strain or a sprain? sure, but not a complete blowout/tear of a ligament/tendon.

A lot of the hate he gets just rubs me the wrong way. It just feels distasteful, I'm not sure he's completely self aware. He is a child trapped in a man's body, a five year old child with a 500 yard stare. I'm certain that he has a staff of people to help him out when it comes to supporting daily life and taking care of himself.

I'm not saying that because I dislike the guy or because I want to hate on him at all - everyone is different, everyone has their strengths and weaknesses. We can recognize the challenges of those with mental challenges and disabilities without hatred towards them. (Protip: stop using the wordretardedto refer to people who are different than you.)

I acknowledge his challenges respectfully and with understanding, I have nothing against him at all, and I'm sure he's a great person. Hell, I'm sure i'd enjoy hanging out with him in the same way I do with my young nephews, IE taking him to the park to throw a football with him and get ice cream or something like that.

Ever abseiled before? He needed to be perpendicular to the cliff face but seemed to **** himself when he should have been lowering himself til he was horizontal before moving down. He could have bounced at this point or walked down but if he tried to move down when not parallel well that's when he ****ed himself. After the bicep tear this is confirmation he's a ****wit.

This is why you cross train, not necessarily cross fit, but use your efforts in the gym in other facets of real life.

Something is wrong with his body. I have done rappelled with a 50lb ruck..easy. He must have been right on the cusp of an injury and this was the camel that camel take a straw on his back so the camels back broke.

Dude is an absolute moron. Has better genetics than 99.9% of the population and could have life on complete easy mode if he buckled down and just won the top level BB contests. Instead he maintains a chit diet and focuses his life on social media stunting.

Hard to see someone who has torn their bicep twice and fuked up their quad badly coming back and winning BBing shows. Once you majorly tear a muscle it's just not the same aesthetics wise.

Also hard for me to respect someone who's entire income is based on their physical attributes rides a motorcycle. One bad crash and you're done.
Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

Always thought "anabolic substances" increase overall recovery and that includes the ligaments and tendons, he's bodybuilding so he can't be egolifting, it seems to me he's lacking in mobility not in some kind of ligaments and tendons strength, anyone wants to chime in and clarify?
