Feel bad for him even though he's a dumb meat head, he had potential.

Dude should be taking care of his body since that's how he makes a living but he keeps playing stupid games

How did that chit even happen? 99% of people can lean off the edge on their own bodyweight and be fine.

This dude took to many bicycle trips and not let his ligaments catch up or what?

Most bodybuilder and fitness personalities are lying to you.

Many of them are in constant pain. But that doesnt sell workout programs.

Poor guy seems kind of fragile.
Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.
Lift heavy and do HIIT to look and feel awesome.
Use the internet to learn why you should do these things and how to do these things.

What an idiot. Also quad tendon rupture is going to one of the longest rehab periods of any injury and pretty much guaranteed it will never be the same.

obviously the amount of dat dare....he's used is going to be a big factor. But i think another huge part is that most typical bodybuilder training is wayyyyy to one dimensional. Body gets used to being locked in place doing strict movements. Put it in an unfamiliar plane of motion and hello snap city.

in other words...throw some agility drills / lateral movements at the very least in to your training

Aside from the retarded ways he keeps injuring himself: his father's paralyzed from a motorcycle accident due to not wearing a helmet, and guess what Calum does....? Rides a bike without a helmet.

This is why functional strength and good mobility > one dimensional mass monster
