Thanks!
She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

I never pay attention to other men at the gym. I am impressed by big sexy booties on women at the gym.

A lady who workouts at my gym is a recovered alcoholic. She shows up regularly. One day she was riding her bike and waiting to cross an intersection as a truck was turning. It ran over her leg. She had to have it amputated. She still comes in to the gym and works out. T
These two people are truly inspirational.

When there’s not that many people there and I can actually get a decent workout in
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

mostly the same as those already posted:
good form
consistency
some big lifts.
One thing that really stuck out in the last year was one time saw a dude doing Turkish get ups with a full size olympic barbell loaded to 45kg. Not a huge weight, but the fact he was controlling that barbell with one hand throughout, then swapping hands and he just repeated it over and over again. must have done damn near 20 reps total one after the other. Grip strength and balance of the gods.
When he finished his set went over and asked him about it, he was a BJJ player, did it for conditioning. Damn impressive stuff.

Any oly lifts with good form.
Two plate bench for reps with full ROM, and not some super wide grip with crazy back arch.
Three plate squat for reps that is high bar and ATG.
4 plate conventional deadlifts with a flat consistent back.
Rowing with good form
Sprint intervals on cardio equipment
Dead hang full lock out pull ups for reps
Weighted dips past parallel

When someone puts the dumbbells down in a controlled manner, rather than dropping or throwing a pair of 40 pounders to the floor as though they were the Incredible Hulk lifting a couple of cars in each hand

People that actually train with intensity/go to failure vs just fukking around.
Why even bother lifting if you aren't going to go hard...especially the women, all scared they are going to magically wake up at 300lbs 2% if they dare touch a weight that might cause them to break a sweat.

The folks who are clearly out of shape but still busting their ass to better themselves. A lot of gym goers are former athletes or have some type of active background, but for these folks they were most likely inactive for the majority of their life. Seeing them actively trying to better theirself rather than make excuses impresses me more than any kind of physique or strong lift I see at the gym.

I honestly don't pay much attention to people at my regular gym. Anyone who shows up week after week, no matter what they look like, impresses me.

in order
1. those that have their "game face: on and are moving and sweating because they are working hard
2. those that i see all year/years because it is a lifestyle
3. those that you rarely see a phone being used, because they are busy at the gym
4. those that look different over time because of number 1/2/3

When I was at a gym for a few months I noticed when a girl was wearing modest clothes/non-slooty outfits. Made me respect her.
