What impresses you at the gym?

Whether it be the weight lifted, incredible form, people's flexibility or someone running for hours,

when have you thought to yourself "damn, I am impressed by that person"?

She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

Honestly, not much because I've spent so much time in them and seen or done a lot.

I think I'm impressed when I can go through an entire 90 minute session without shaking my head saying what the fuk at something I see being done.

Nothing really impresses me at my commercial gym. It's full of people doing Flump and pump training with 20lb dumbbells and quarter squats on the smith machine.
Stats:

5'7 165 lbs

bench-240
squat-405
dead-430

When people actually rack their weights and put them where they belong instead of leaving them on the floor, now that's impressive.

People thatdon'track their weights and keep the gym clean don't respect the gym or the other people lifting there. People that don't rack their weights when they're done deserve to burn in hell and are lower than scum.
