If you had visible abs as a child or teen then you are predisposed to bodybuilding from an aesthetic standpoint.

If you were like me bigger than everyone (on average, faster, stronger but smooth) you were predisposed to just being an athlete.

If that's not genetics I don't know what is.

Same as this guy.

I drink, eat takeouts and deserts. I eat the same food as my family at home. The key is not eating it every meal. Fatties coping hard ITT.

I like to bulk on very high caloric surpluses because I love chronic over-eating.

And then I run very deep deficits when I cut 6-8 months later, because I hate prolonging them.

100% aware my lifestyle is not healthy. Don't tell me how to live my life OP.

lmao what exactly does eating "IT" refer too? as I stated before I meal prep and eat my preps for 80% of my weekly meals. 1-2 chipotle runs and maybe 3-5 beers throughout the week. (Rarely I'll go to an actual restaurant and yolo it because I don't believe in paying for veggies and chicken)

And yes on weekends I binge eat and drink hard. usually 6-12 beers between Fri-Sun and i'm usually doing 1 meal/day since I dont prep meals or anything. But Im sure im killing easy 2-3k+ cals/day.

And this is just stable enough for me to maintain. People saying they "don't diet" is cope for you being used to your "dieting".
Are you not entertained?

100% natty and never had abs as a kid. Once you get lean its easier to stay there. You body doesnt want to put fat on as easy, from experience.

9-11% in summer, 13-15% in winter. Never go much leaner or fatter than that. My first couple years of serious training i was a twink and did some dreamer bulks to slap on mass. I think it worked then but i wouldn't get that fat again.

For me it's simply caloric intake.

Back in 2012 I weighed 200-205 with a 3-3.2k caloric maintenance. From 2013-2015 I slowly went up to 265 while eating generally eating whatever I wanted as long as I got enough protein. Now the last 2 years I started tracking again and eat 2700-3000 cal a day but my body just stays at 265ish lbs. I'm so used to eating around the caloric number it's just been hard for me to cut down the calories because I'm lazy and haven't made a concerted effort. Also I have terrible insomnia and if I'm even remotely hungry it makes it super hard to fall asleep. So basically just lack of will power. Sad!

I think a big part of it for me is NEAT though. 2010-2012 I worked in restaurants so I was on my feet 5-10 hours a day which obviously burns a lot of calories. Since then I'm sitting 90% of the time at work so I'm not getting that same NEAT benefit. I take 2 brisk 10 minute walks a day but that's about it in the NEAT department.
Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

Dude, you're on celltech, the calories you eat get partitioned largely to muscle. Non celltechers don't have that advantage.

Come off celltech and see what happens if you continue eating as you normally do...

Dream bulking for winter. I leaned out too much this summer so I need to get some mass back. I'm naturally lean so I struggle more with gaining/maintaining muscle.

Yeah I'm sure Leo.

GTFO outa here with that chit. I've seen chit you've posted about training/dieting and its laughable. I've been on both spectrums, natty and enhanced through 14 years and have the actual first hand experience to actually put input on something like this.

Yes gear helps, but if you can't lean out and get in shape naturally, you aren't going to do it on gear either. Getting lean requires discipline, regimen and dedication.

eh way more notice from women at 240 and 15% bodyfat then 190 and ~10%

women prefer a powerful presence over crazy striations. plus being lean is usually DYEL status in clothing and at 15% and hyuge you're still far from "fat' if you have decent mass

Low BF definitely feels better once you get over the urges to binge on food.

However it's easy to spin your wheels strength wise (at least on the big lifts), if you don't eat enough to gain some weight (and subsequently some fat)

You are 100% wrong. You're like one of those guys at the gym who rave on about "oh I used to squat 700lbs in high school football"..... congratulations, nobody cares what you lifted 20 years ago and it does not make you an expert on lifting by any stretch of the imagination even if the claims are true.

Being enhanced is not some magic pill that suddenly makes you ripped and lean. It requires tons of effort to maximize the effects and actually reap the benefits out of it..

End of the day, you aren't getting lean and staying there without being mindful of your eating and training no matter what path you take.

Now, back to OP :

I can't eat crap food more than 2-3 times a week without it affecting me. Even when I do eat crap, I make sure I do it the night before I train in the AM, and make sure its a heavy day like legs or back. I'll be sure to train fasted too. I don't get a free pass to eat whatever I want, when I want unfortunately, as I store fat easily.

I mean I've seen your physique pics before and you look like chit especially for how long you've been training and you supposed lifting numbers.

I know you wanna blame genetics or whatever but I think it boils down your lack of effort

Not lean b/c I rather walk around at 240 than 225. That's about it. Eventually I'll probably be able to be lean at 240, but not there yet.
