Not that its totally our fault with all the garbage we are forced to buy (whole foods for average wage guys). Its all ****.
That whole boomer term “soy boy” actually means something. Even tho i dont think they know that. Lol

Do you think these drugs are psychologically addictive? If you say no then how come so many users end up staying on them permanently (cruising and blasting) without taking breaks? If you say yes then it's admitting that these drugs are more powerful and have more negative effects (especially the roller coaster mental mind fuk) than users (even the low dosers) like to talk about or admit to.

Dude in OP is DYEL in clothes, and astonishing at the beach. Natty life....

For the ppl that are sad ITT, if he gained a little bit of fat, sloots would get wet over his "jacked" physique, and he'd still look good in fitted clothes.

I would say it’s a good representation of an ectomorph who is natural and dedicated. If he ate more he would fill out a tad.

Dead bang on OP.
The fake natty youtube era has seriously warped people's idea of what a natty looks like.
You will drive yourself insane trying to achieve a physique based on fake natty physiques from youtube. It's always about you and how you're not doing good enough, nope not eating good enough nope not lifting intense enough nope you're not doing this nope you're not doing that...
It doesn't matter what you do or how good you do it. The tech is 100% needed to achieve their look. You're nothing more than a credit card number to them.

he doesnt look like he has good genetics tho, so he probably would represent an average natty, not top tier natty.

great conditioning.
needs delt and chest work if i had to be picky.
who really cares though, he clearly put in a lot of work and looks better than 99% of the population.
I'd like to get lean again and see where my old man gains have gotten me.

Most guys here have piss poor genetics or are just lazy af. You can half ass it twice a week for 2-3 years then claim thats your limit.

You’re not going to get to 250lbs shredded and still stay natty at this point. I don’t care how much more “dedicated” you become. Not trying to hate either... those are just the facts.
