Zuckerberg, Gates, Jobs, Musk, Bezos, how could the fact that only white males were able to really do what they are doing today hundreds of years ago possibly make them any better or worse than today? Any woman who started around the same time as Gates would have every opportunity that he did right? Given the right passion and drive and work ethic?
Do you think if any of these miscers were in charge of hiring women they wouldn't already be consciously/unconsciously biased already. All this "master-race" crap, you spew it long enough you believe it.
I'm not race-baiting, but do you honestly think the day after the emancipation proclamation that all the racists just stopped being racist and gave everyone a fair shake? It took a hundred years from the end of slavery to end segregation.
As for women, it was only a generation ago they couldn't even open bank accounts in their own names, or get hired onto jobs besides basic things like secretaries.
I don't know either lol

I'm sure there will always be jobs that women gravitate less towards, but few things that they are incapable of.

Take the field of astronomy for example. A hundred years ago women weren't even allowed to operate telescopes. Today someone like Andrea Ghez is in the top of the field and used star orbits to prove the super-massive black hole at the center of our galaxy. Imagine if women had equal access to the same stuff hundreds of years ago?
I think women have made huge strides considering it's only been one or two generations of "equality"

It's not like Adam and Eve weren't both given equal chances to go and oppress one another when they were created. Nomsayin?
Also, did you vote for Hillary?

But once you are funded, step 1 is to hire a semi-attractive woman to be the customer facing rep for the company. All customer service emails should be female names, marketing materials female based, website photos, et al should be female because that's what the media and customers want to see.

I'm sure thousands of years ago power structures were built based on gender norms at the time. People in power will always fight to maintain the status quo. Trying to justify sexism in 2019 based on Paleolithic anthropology just looks kinda douchy

Spend enough time around club thots and you start laughing at losers who put women on a pedestal. These girls only exist to help your promoter buddy up his tally and get paid.
All it takes is Mookie Betts, Steph Curry, and Joe Burrow all sitting in the same car in order for one drunk driver to make the world a significantly better place.

Women in business is a cost, borne by the male workers who have to work extra hard to pay for maternity leave, flexi time (read part time workers), litigation and incompetence.
It;s why women are drawn to the public sector, low skilled doss jobs.

Imagine roles were reversed. For thousands of years men as a group weren't allowed in schools, weren't allowed to learn trade crafts, weren't allowed in politics, then after a few decades of slowly being let in were told you haven't done **** worthwhile. Well no ****.

And in the most free socities today we see women choosing completely different paths than men. Hence more men in STEM than women, even when society tries to promote these fields to women.
