It's called an even number scam.

Everyone is so obsessed with even round numbers. Such as 30. Why is it that 30 is the age that a higher percentage of athletes retire? Why not 29 or 31? The human mind is stupid. It likes to round up or down.

When you tell someone what time it is you always round up or down. You never for the most part 89 percent of the time tell them that it's 12:59 pm. ... You say 1 pm because you're dumb.

Same thing here.

The human body hits its peak in power, strength, speed, etc, in the upper 30s to low 40s.

All of those athletes who retired early at 30 are dumb. They missed out on more PRs because they failed to realize that they could perform at a later age.

I used to watch a lot of combat sports and seems like it's 33 is about the physical peak. Same for football (soccer to yanks), about 33.

Pretty much that experience is not worth the student loans that come with it.

Unless you are in a specialized degree that is needed. You will be struggling for a decent amount of time paying student loans and making garbage while you are working your way up.

Some of the people in this thread are so deluded. I was neither in a top frat nor played a sport at my college and yet I had 0 problems getting women. After college I was shaving my head because the reaper got me and I still had no problems getting college aged women.

Are y'all srs that you don't find women in their 30s attractive? I see hot women in their 30s every single day. Go to your nearest whole foods on your lunch break and tell me some of those 30s and even 40s women aren't hot as hell. I actually wish i didn't waste as much time on that crap OP, would still party if I had to do it again just not allow it to dictate my schedule so much. I'm doing great in my thirties but could be doing even better if I had not done so much partying. When I hit 28 everything seemed to fall into place. Career path set, great relationships, confidence through the roof. Generally just being able to do whatever I want as I've built a strong foundation for life. Focus on your goals OP and just don't lose sight of maintaining family/close relationships as those relationships matter more than anything can buy later in life.

If you've never been able to get women I feel sorry for you but you aren't the type of person this post was directed at. It was meant for the people who said that it was impossible to get women because they were all chasing frat boys and athletes which just isn't true. Only the most vapid of sloots are cleat chasers and pass around frat whores.

If you could get women in your early 20s you should have no problem in your late 20s or early 30s provided you keep yourself in decent shape. If you let yourself go you have no right to complain

I can see the appeal of smashing young fine dimes left and right, but the romanticizing of casual hookups only continues to fuel the sloots gonna sloot problem. I view it as a two way street where if men expect women to be faithful and monogamous, then they need to uphold the same standard.

Science suggests that women lose/decrease the ability to effectively bond with their romantic partner if they have multiple sexual partners in the past. This leads to relationship instability and this is quite visible by divorce statistics. Men aren't as affected by this phenomenon, so biologically, being a man whore is less of a problem than being a sloot; although I do believe that it can have a negative effect on your brains reward center (dopamine, etc...) and a whole other amount of including STI's.

If a portion of men find no issue with promiscuity, then it creates a disbalance in the sexual market, essentially resulting in there always being women that are "damaged goods." The family unit was one of the greatest things devised that helped to promote societal stability. Engaging in casual flings only harms society in the long run and adds an abundance of single parent homes and childless women whose biological clock is ticking fast all because they wanted to "party it up" and "get with Chad."

I sometimes wonder if all of the above is blown out of proportion though, as the presence of social media and liberal advocacy of sexual degeneracy might make it seem much more prevalent than it really is. There are many couples, who are seemingly engaged in long term relationships or are even married and have children that don't fall into the above problem, but then again you'll never know just by seeing them once on the street.

I completely missed out on any form of banging, let alone left and right and I at times have the same lament already expressed by others. The above can be seen as pure cope but ultimately it's the greater good and doesn't promote a hedonistic way of life full of debauchery.

To all the guys saying "don't worry you can sleep with younger girls in your late 20s and into your 30s", the reality is no emotionally stable quality girl in college is sleeping around with older men. They simply don't need to because there are plenty of normal guys in their age range to choose from. The girls who were doing this in undergrad are NOT wife material, and are definitely up to other risky behaviors. It is a cope in many ways IMO.

Another point I'd like to make.

For anyone in their late 20s+ crying about missing out on the romanticized dream of sleeping with 18-21 yr old college women, keep in mind women who are a few years older (say 23+) are probably more mature and enjoyable to hangout with for a casual fling. Also, less "games" when it comes to the chase, more likely to know what they want/better in bed.

Literally zero point wasting time and energy thinking about missed opportunities and "what could have been" in the past. Learn from your past experiences and go live your best life in the present.
