I miss the 90s it had an entirely different feel to it
These times absolutely suck
Political correctness, SJWerism, movies absolutely suck and all have a leftist agenda behind them, people are not as friendly and are on edge, social media obsession, detachment, the cost of living is through the roof, etc.

The feels are so incredibly overwhelming in this thread.
I remember having so much fun with my fiends in the 90’s. A group of like 5-10 of us were always out on our bikes exploring and causing all sorts of mischief. I will never forget.
Also remember growing up in Chicago at the time and the Bulls were fukin dominating the league. One year I went downtown for the championship game to my cousins house. After they won we went out and the streets were insane. So many people out parading and celebrating and chit. No riots, saw plenty of sloots randomly flashing their teddies. MJ and the bulls just didn’t let you down lol.
9/11 did change the tone of life, but everything started getting real fuking ghey in the late 2000’s when Mark Fukerberg introduced his social media poison.
So fortunate I grew up in the 90’s. Damn.

I remember it being so much fun going to Blockbuster and looking at all the VHS movies and Playstation/N64 video games.
Neighborhoods were full of life with kids playing. Now these days those same neighborhoods have not a kid in sight....all kids are inside playing Fortnite or on social media.
There were lots of cool mom and pop stores. Now everything is built up and a chain of some kind.

90’s were still a time when cops could be cool. Brb let you off with a warning left and right. Cops are complete violent *******s now. People in general and everything was just much more chill. I just remember life being straightforward and easy. Probably has something to do with the fact that I was just a kid but even my parents didn’t seem to be as stressed as they were starting in the mid 2000’s.
What a shame. Da fuk happened?

This is back when they wore hats and the older uniforms and didn't look all militarized with body armor and all that.
Life was much more simple and easy back then

I feel fortunate as fuk i got the best of both decades. Was a kid for the entire 80’s and a teen for almost the entire 90’s.
Remember when you actually had to be kinda good to get on a little league baseball team? When football started in fifth grade and you had to compete to get on the team? Getting completely retarded trying to be a BMX racer. Lmao.
Then 90’s where goat as a teen. Worst thing you could get your hands on was some dirt weed (in my rural area anyways). You could backroad all night half crocked without many worries. Etc.
Current year is garbage in comparison.

The 90s were a great time.
It was when music was played with real instruments, no social media, great movies, and people left their homes to socialize.
The gym was also great, as there wasn't some ******* taking up the bench with his head in his phone forever.

I was a kid growing up, watching a show about a kid growing up.
The last 5 minutes of that show, always gets me deep in the nostalgia feels.
I honestly almost tear up everytime I hear the music and voice over. Now that I'm in my mid 30s I understand what they guys was talking about...
(From 1:12 onwards, is the final 5 minutes of the show... Now that's how you write a TV show ending.)

The 2000s were pretty good srs
It was the birth of most of the degenerate/society ruining chit we see today but the technology was new and it seemed fresh and exciting
But over time it consumed us and now life really is complete chit quite honestly (compared to recent decades at least)
There are a lot of things we are better off for today, but for the things that matter like having a sense of purpose, optimism, happiness, social cohesion.. we're in the toilet
