This will be the most useful post and it’s coming from a Perma red

She is trying to act in “good faith” by claiming she is having her dogs trained, this the excuse she gave management also

Keep filing the complaints eventually management has to evict her or move her due to the right of peaceful dwelling

If this is happening at unreasonable hours like after midnight it’s easier to evict

If management still doesn't handle it you can advise management you’ll be withholding rent and instead you pay it to the local court to hold on to , that way management will have to meet you in court to claim rent and it can be discussed there, if you simply withhold rent you would be evicted but doing it this way makes it legal

I don't really get the negative responses, the party thing on a Tuesday sucks, but it seems she's trying to make an effort and has asked for feedback which isn't unreasonable. It'd be nice if more neighbours settled their differences like this, she could easily be passive aggressive towards you instead.

I hate feminazis, but the fact so many misc bros are calling her a feminist for... writing a note and trying to rectify the problem with OP just goes to show how autistic half the misc are lol

Why not engage with her and at least give her the opportunity to rectify the problem and sort this out in person first, like a reasonable person? Then if the problem persists take it further, but as it stands you haven't really even given her the opportunity to sort it.

If 2 weeks isn't enough time then what is? We might as well also count the amount of time it took her to decide to move into an apartment with 2 large loud dogs on the third floor, thinking it was a good idea. Hardwood floors mind you.

Not to mention the lack of sleep is affecting my work. I had to put earplugs in one night, which caused me to not hear my alarm go off. I went in late because of that. Srs
