I would be cautious too no matter how easily I think I could beat someone in a fair fight. Sometimes you might have to back off if there are glaring red flags - like being outnumbered etc. But then again it all ties back to with who you hang out with, what venues you go to.

I mean there have been plenty of times where I'd like to elbow someones neck and slam their body on the ground before they can figure out what's going on, but I don't because I know how to not just knee-jerk react to primal emotions. That and you have to weigh up consequences, legal repercussions - especially if your reaction is disproportionate.

No, that's pretty impossible. He just got one arm holding onto his oponent, while the other guy can use his entire bodystrength to move around. He just needs to lean forward the smaller guy and that guillotine will basically open by itself. Unless you are Alister Overeem or he already crank that bigger dudes neck during the fall a guillotine from that position cannot do much.
