That's what people here make me out to be bc I make some noise on top sets lol. I've been helpful AF to countless people in the gym who have approached me.

Don't know the thread you're looking for but has been my go to for awhile.

A1. SEATED HAM CURL
2 sets, 6-12

B1. HEEL ELEVATED SSB SQUAT
2 sets, 5-10

C1. LYING LEG CURL
C2. REVERSE BAND HACKS
2 sets, 6-15

D1. LEG EXTENSION
D2. ADDUCTOR
2 sets, 8-12

I also do snatch grip RDLs and hacks on leg pull day (Sundays).

Doing the back squats right now, I've dropped seated leg curl

Not really, average ankle mobility and kind of long femurs, so I used heel elevation. This is with 20 degree Prime Solo Wedges

Have you tried squatting in a pair of squat shoes with heels? Or do you need more elevation than that?

Even my 1500 raw total put me in the top 40% of every powerlifting meet ever been to in terms of total poundage lifted. I don’t look at someone with a lower total think they’re lifting baby weight. I congratulate them on the effort and say good job.

So show us your videos and prove that either:

1. You’re a strong as you say you are, but incredibly emotionally immature.

2. You’re a liar.

I don’t care which one it is, but as I stated, the gimmick is getting a little old.

Yeah, hack squats can make you pretty damn strong lol. I'm just back squatting because I'm in a phase where I feel like doing it for fun lol. I just started doing them end of January, so this is like my 7-8th session doing a back squat in like 2 years

You can’t squat 115 in the Smith Machine.

Your little green man is still there, so I know you’re monitoring the thread. Come prove us all wrong. Anybody who is a strong as you are has dozens of videos laying around of heavy lifting.

Or are you ready to admit that you’re completely full of chit?

I’m not usually petty, but your gimmick has been getting on my nerves. So I think I’ll take a few screenshots so I can quickly remind everyone of your lies every time I see you talking trash.

That is because people who compete in powerlifting don’t care what you lift, but the fact that you are in the game lifting what you can. All that matters is you show up and give the best you got.

Well I guess we know everything we need to know about that guy now. He’s had more than ample time to prove anything he wanted to prove.

If it wasn’t already obvious, he’s full of chit and a coward.
