Just stretching this to the furthest logical point, as I can fully see this chit going down if they're literally taking guns from the citizens already. Think you'll be ok? I mean, fuk I'm sure they have the power to pull a deep dark and ugly file on every place a person's been on the net and come to some conclusions about what you got. And then proceed to rip it from your warm trembling hands. Those rich NOLA brahs got totally fukking cukked. Zip tied to a motherfukking curb. Unreal.

He's not pushing for killing people with 3 months to go. He's pushing for examining the procedures and care that the last 3 months require, their cost, and if it's actually beneficial. I get that it's scary chit (death panels), but reality check man, we don't have all the resources in the world here. If those resources can be better used somewhere else, why TF not take a look? It doesn't even have to be forced either, make it like organ donation. A little dot on your license that tells the hospital not to spend a trillion dollars hooking you up to a thousand machines should you end up vegetative. Really, a small movent can occur here that can make a big difference.
That's exactly what he's suggesting (euthanasia) short of actually coming out and directly saying it.
Where is your evidence of "less than a year to live"? Yeah, I know there's a bunch of geezers, so fukking what. Hard numbers.

Also, have you considered the fact that this virus may have unknown or permanent consequences? They just found out it doesn't actually attack lungs first, but blood.
I always try to quote renowned and respected establishment shills like Fauci (in America) or Ferguson (in the UK), because these shills are venerated by the brainwashed plebs who treat everything they say as gospel.

Ferguson is the leading coronavirus expert in the UK. He's the guy that said 500,000 can die only to change that figure a couple of days later to 20,000 or less.

He also said this:
Up to two thirds of people who die from coronavirus in the next nine months are likely to have died this year from other causes, a government advisor has said.

Professor Neil Ferguson, who is recovering at home from Covid-19, told the Science and Technology Committee that experts were now expecting around 20,000 deaths, although said it may turn out to be a lot less.

But he said that many of those deaths were likely to be old and seriously ill people who would have died from other conditions before the end of the year.

Mirin ability to back your position quick as chit. Cot damn.

Sounds like he's pulling numbers from his ass tho:
Appearing via videolink, and drinking from a Keep Calm and Carry On mug, Prof Ferguson said: “We don’t know what the level of excess deaths will be in the epidemic, in that, by the end of the year what proportion of people who died from covid would have died?
“It might be as much as half or two thirds of the deaths we see, because these are people at the end of their lives or have underlying conditions so these are considerations.
“Fatalities are probably unlikely to exceed 20,000 with social distancing strategies but it could be substantially lower than that and that’s where real time analysis will be needed.”

In my honest opinion, the sheeple blow this outta proportion and now we’re paying for it. I mean we didn’t have this level of lockdown during the other pandemics we had.

I always lol at sheeple that think we’re in this together when I genuinely do not care about them. We’re not in this together, I’m a young fit dude who has a 99% chance of defeating the virus if it invaded my body. It’s not our fault that the majority of people didn’t choose to be fit in life and now we are paying for it. Old people are a different case but they should be the people who are forced to stay home until it blows over. However, at my place of employment the majority of people that come are old people.

Say it after me misc: we are not in this together. We dont live in a communistic society and we never will. I don’t believe in the greater good of society nor do I think we will beat this virus by being little sheeples and hiding inside. By staying inside we are not allowing our immune system to get used to the virus putting us at risk if we do lift the lockdown. Just lol at trading in freedom for security. We deserve neither.

Mirin logic.

By not going outside you're not building up your immune system by exposure to the virus.

But when you do go outside after lockdown, you're gonna be at risk of this virus.

Okay den.

By end of April the political climate will change to the point where people will be willing to risk more lives to save the quality of life of everyone.

At some point we need to venture out and take our chances with the virus with the notion that hopefully we slowed it enough to generate enough resources to combat this as it climbs again.

We should be doing more now to prepare for the future (creating bigger food stocks and supply chains, testing, hospitals, vents, etc) and I dont see that happening to the degree it needs to.

It seems the priority of most are misguided. We should not be quarantining with the goal of getting rid of the virus of riding it out; we should be using this time to prepare as well as we can for the future.

Exactly... that's how they're gonna do it.

They won't come out and say shelter-in-place for 3 months guys.

It's gonna go until the end of April, then they'll be like "oh we just need 3 more weeks, if we go back now all our hard work will be undone". 3 weeks will go by nearing the end of May it will be "We're targeting middle of June, we expect to be able to fully have this handled by then". Middle of June "It's taking a bit longer than expected and this is hard to predict.. we've slowed it but haven't eliminated the threat. July is more realistic"

And then maybe in July/August they actually open the doors. That's how it will work. People are less likely to riot when you string them along thinking it's only 2 or 3 more weeks at a time.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

March was one thing, but knowing that the literal entirety of this month is going to be spent like this is already something I’m dreading.

I feel like I’m legit going to lose my mind if this persists through May as well. I feel like I’m getting more selfish by the day.

agreed.

Unfortunately I do not see the government seeing it this way anytime soon because too many people will not vote for them if they take the bold stance of some people will just have to die.

People thinking things will magically re open in 1-2 months and people wont die on a very large scale are beyond delusional, living in a fantasy world.

We have two options now, ruin the economy and have the whole government system turn to socialism to support a 30%+ unemployed citizen base, or start reopening things and let the virus run its course. There is no other solution I have seen. Some people have a completely false belief the vaccine will be available in 6 months or less, some people think the curve will flatten and drop off in 1 months time which has 0 support from professionals.
