I guess one could say that this is how YOU see it. Not everyone does. There are people who judge certain people by their skin colour. That is of course unacceptable.

Having said that, I too abhor the BLM movement purely because it is making a mountain out of a molehill. The people behind this movement have other intentions and care less about black people.

Your other points are nonsense too. None of those things make racism and discrimination in other ways ok. just lol
This isn't due to some sort of system racist policy though. This is the direct result of a racist hiring manager.

We need to focus on the individual racists in society, and not ambiguous ideals that serve as racism scapegoats.

The thing BLM calls white privilege only exists because certain individuals have racial biases. Whether it be a police officer, teacher, dean of admissions, DA, etc

What are the new rules for how racial bias is acted upon? Is it allowed by anyone?

Once society collectively decides on whats acceptable, the other things can be focused on like political activism in poorer neighborhoods.

Stop blaming the boogeyman or people that have been dead for hundreds of years for these problems and blame the actual racists. I think tons more people would be aligned with the entire movement if it was looked at through those lenses.

The black community isn't even on the same page with these issues themselves.

BLM shouldn't get offended at All Lives Matter, they should understand that All Lives Matter would impact the lowest common denominator the most (Which they claim to be). BLM should get excited and inclusive of the notion of All Lives Matter.

BLM is a fake movement used to channel money and effort into the DNC nothing more. I don't support it.

Now if the Black Panthers came back and it was entirely controlled, operated, and for black empowerment I would support that. They were armed, self-governed, and actually were in the community promoting education and self-reliance among black people. That strength and discipline is what the black community needs to get out of the hole it's in.

Another big part is we can stop accepting racism. It is absolutely tolerated behind closed doors cause people dont call it out and make racist s*its face any consequences. That's why a lot of the burden is on white folks to not tolerate that s*it when they see it among friends/family/coworkers etc. Stop supporting people/places/things that are racist. Cause those things will make a difference. Passive acceptance of that s*it is why it continues to exist

Its absolutely ridiculous to just say "we cant fix it so shut up and deal with it n*ggers". That's basially what you're trying to say, and thats whats been said for decades to blacks and they clearly arent having that anymore. Actions must be made to make things better.
You say behind closed doors white people need to stop it. But i think you seriously exaggerate how big an issue it is. In my 33 years on this planet, and the endless amount of encounters i've had with white people in public and in private, i've maybe encountered a handful of racist white people? I've seen locker room talk about women. Never seen locker room talk about "f'n black people, all N***ers"

What I do see is a lot of perceived racism that isn't really racism. Black people telling stories about "I work so hard, i never get the promotion, i get extra scrutiny because i'm black, I didn't get the job even though i was more qualified, must be because they are racist and they hate my black skin". Except you hear these exact same stories (minus the skin color) from white people too. It's not uncommon for a less qualified person to get the job over the person with higher credentials, happens all the time regardless of skin color. Promotions often go to the person who is better socially than the person who might be less social but better worker. Same reason presidents get elected less on their positions and more so on how someone FEELS about them. You take into account most people relate and get along with those similar to them who will have similar conversations, jokes, etc, and what you have is culture clash. Your race isn't your culture, and if you want to get raises and promotions, you need to fit in with the culture at work.

White people who don't fit in with the culture just claim the higher ups are bishes and terrible (if female employee and male boss) misogynistic, (if black employee and white boss) racist. But all it really is, is people not adapting to fit in with where they are working.

Yes because Asians in general value having a family unit, education, hard work, and respecting authority. Thatโ€™s why they succeed.

Has almost nothing to do with race. Now do the inverse with poor urban black America and you see why they fail.

Now how they got there might be the result of years of racist policies sure. But present day there is no racial bias against black Americans. Just bias against those that are poor, uneducated, and donโ€™t respect authority (teachers, law enforcement, bosses, parents).

You are supposed to believe in the equality of criminals and society's producers. The producers are guilty of being unequal. Marginalized classes are the patron saints of cultural Marxist propaganda, the proletariat of the modern revolution

You are supposed to be appalled that a cultural group that celebrates single motherhood, criminality, violence, anti-intellectualism, and hedonistic pleasure has unequal outcomes. The outcomes are racist.

Traditional American ideology of equal opportunity and protection of rights under the law is unacceptable, as that doesn't produce equal outcomes. Egalitarianism is the new religion of the unwashed masses

Where have you been? Cause this is probably the main message right now. Those individual or small pockets of racists are tolerated by people turning a blind eye to it and ignoring it. Thats how they can exist in the first place. That has to stop by creating a culture where this s*it is not just frowned upon but actively stopped by everyone.

It's the passive white person who is most likely to see racism and do nothing about it, because it doesnt impact them. They arent going to risk their job or anything. Thats the problem.

just because you havent personally seen it doesnt mean it's not an issue or isnt a big issue.

Blacks arent crying wolf dude. This stuff is much more common than you think, there is just rarely ways to prove it. Now that we have video, we are simply capturing random examples but this has been happening for decades in so many ways.

if you dont think its a big issue why do you think the same resume gets 30% fewer callbacks if the person is black?https://hbr.org/2017/10/hiring-discr...ed-in-25-years

See I'm not going to discuss much with you as you are the type of person that will flip what I say into some grand racist comment and put quotes on it as if I said it.

But, I think you're severely overestimating the amount of white racists and letting it delude you into thinking it is the reason for problems in your life. It is not.

One thing I want to ask,

Even though this is a small problem overall, obviously actual racism is not right. However why would I even consider caring about this cause when no matter what I do or anyone in my family does I will be labeled a racist in the end regardless? Please tell me why I would care, when this 'cause' is tearing down cities we care about?

Then it becomes a case of what is the bigger problem? People being physically hurt? Buildings and cities torn down? Innocents being killed, (true black innocents) and media and everywhere we look increasing censorship out of fear?

Or is the bigger problem someone said because they heard a bad word said to them a handful of times in their life? And have been discriminated against in the past verbally? I am not discounting racism vs being told you're short or ugly etc, but if some piece of **** wants to call you something they will do it regardless, that isn't acceptance. I would still stand against it in person if I saw it as I know the majority would. But in the big picture it really is not as big as you're letting it be.

And I am a reasonable person who has stood up against any form of racism in real life my entire life. If this is how I feel. Imagine how unreasonable or fearful people feel.

tempted to neg srs

Diversity quotas are not a "myth" because of disparities in representation. Equality of opportunitydoes notguarantee equality of outcome. And it can not unless you would like to live in a communist society.

Debunk # 2:

The studies done on racial bias in hiring shows that there isnodifference in hiring based on typically black last names. The bias is only shown when pertaining to first names that are typical of inner city naming systems like "Laquishia" or "D'Jeffquarious" showing that the bias is not based on race, but based on class.

that happens to ALL ethnics yet you think racism in america is exclusively anti black? pls stop being a victim ok

When looking for employment, only 11.5 percent of job applicants of Asian descent receive callbacks when their resumes included references to ethnicity or race, like a foreign-looking name.

African-Americans didn't fare much better. When applying for jobs, only 10 percent got calls when they left details pertaining to their ethnic identity intact.

You wont be labeled racist if you stopped trying to downplay this at much as possible like you are doing right now, and instead turned that energy to rooting out the racist stuff.

And I'm not saying you have to care, you absolutely do not. But expect more unrest if this stuff isnt addressed. Dont be mad when there's looting and rioting if nothing gets better. Because people like you dont want to be bothered with the problems of the blacks

The study talks about blacks and latinos. Its worse for blacks than latinos but happens to all minorities. I never said otherwise, strong strawman.

Are you saying its magically ok as long as all minorities are discriminated against?

And donโ€™t get upset when you lose all sympathy for your movement, that affluent families and businesses leave your areas and take their jobs with them, cops patrol less, and murder rates/unemployment spike only for people like yourself to look back decades later and again blame โ€œwhite flightโ€œ or racist cops for not wanting to deal with the mess that group created

Youโ€™ll get sympathy from the self loathing white crowd, and mockery from other immigrants (including African immigrants) that see America as an opportunity to work to get ahead

Someone mentioned it in this thread saying that the narrative needs to move away from this 'lives matter' aspect. Well, in truth, all lives DON'T matter. If they did, why do we still have the death penalty? So, at the very least, murderer's lives don't matter because we're executing them. Now, at what point does a life matter vs. a life not mattering? Do we draw the line at murder? What about the rapist? Does their life matter? Start going down the list of crimes, or repeat offenders, and at what point is a life a lost cause? A better way to ask the question is: at what point is the life a net negative on themself and society vs. a net positive? Just a different way to look at these issues...

Expect the racism to get worse with the additional unrest as your group continues to drag themselves through the mud. The media can fool a plurality of useful idiots, but not the entire country and those who see the conduct first-hand.

There won't be any unrest in the suburbs and rural areas either. Remember when the looting starts, the shooting starts.

Debunk # 2:

The studies done on racial bias in hiring shows that there isnodifference in hiring based on typically black last names. The bias is only shown when pertaining to first names that are typical of inner city naming systems like "Laquishia" or "D'Jeffquarious" showing that the bias is not based on race, but based on class.
Your debunk 2 is false.https://www.insidehighered.com/news/...iring-sciences

This example shows totally normal black names "Jamal Banks" as an example and found discrimination.

I am not talking about equality of outcome. I am talking about these examples of the exact same qualifications leading to different results. That is due to race

Another examplehttps://hbswk.hbs.edu/item/minoritie...ore-interviews"whitnened resumes" get more callbacks.
