I wouldn't suggest doing prolonged fasting during pandemic. IF is cool but not anything over 3 days. You body needs nutrition for immunize system. Source - David Sinclair

I know one thing, OP ain't doing all that working out he said he was gonna do fasted.
I'm looking at first thinking "yeah, that's not happening".
You're not gonna fast for a few days and be working out like as if you would normally.

Longest ive ever gone is 96 hours. Ive always believed fasting is healthy to do once a month.

So long story short.
Got deployed short notice to support covid effort (service member).
Been travelling/working last few days and couldnt misc.
Cut the fast short at 121 hours cause of deployment. Weighing myself this morning I was 91.8kg/202lb.
What was really bad was the first meal after the fast, I swear I was out of commission for at least 2 hours due to stomach pain. I recommend anyone doing a longer fast to take it slow the first meal back.
Key take always from the experience -
OP failed original goal of 7 days fast
The fasting itself was enjoyable
Take it easy first meal back
Physical performance degraded as tome qont on (no ****)
Will do fasting in future
I am thinking of incorporating a 3 to 4 day fast every fortnight from now.
Also misc I appreciate all the concern you had
