My kid has inherited my physique and is currently wearing crop tops. She looks fab but these losers would call her names...good job she never willingly leaves the house tbh

That being said when it goes as far as assault/rape, what the victim wears is irrelevant and this is 100% the perpetrator's doing.

OP has clearly never been to a nightclub, rooftop, or lounge. They dress like that for these venues 99% of the time.
All it takes is Mookie Betts, Steph Curry, and Joe Burrow all sitting in the same car in order for one drunk driver to make the world a significantly better place.

Depends on what one means by “harassment”.
If it’s just looks or glances, or guys coming up to approach, I would agree that isn’t a form of harassment that a girl should really complain about, particularly if she’s dressed provocatively.
But cat-calling, or being persistent/aggressive after a girl has rejected you, is a form of harassment that I think is justifiable for a girl to complain about, regardless of what the girl is wearing or how she’s dressed.

Take precautions people, its not that hard to understand. In a perfect world a girl could go out wearing a bikini at 3 am and nobody would even look at her twice... sadly we dont live in a perfect world.
Learn to differentiate between "It was her fault!" and "It could have been avoided". Those two dont mean the same

This tendency of posters here to blame the victim of a violent crime and somehow insinuate that it may be because of how she was dressed...this isn't rural India we are talking about, or Saudi.
