That’s very manageable. When I walk outside it feels like I get hit with a big ass heat gun with a mister built in lmao.

Crazy thing is when I’m fishing, it doesn’t bother me at all. I think it’s because I normally fish from sun up to sun down giving my body time to acclimate to it.

Gotta get them fish, hhhnnnggggg

Depression and suicide rates are highest now all over the world than they've ever been in history. A combination of the pandemic + economic recession. Better hope that the pandemic doesn't get worse and the economic recession doesn't turn into a depression.

Human civilization is so beta, comfortable, and cucky now that more people in the world die of suicide and kill themselves than people-on-people violence (war, murder, etc).

Don't be another pathetic statistic. Go out and smell the roses.

Yeah I'm very lonely but oddly enough the newfound lonliness has pushed me to decide to take some steps in the right direction (or what I at least hope is the right direction, best I can do is try) that I might not have otherwise taken.

Limit your alcohol consumption OP, for starters.

Also, if you can accommodate a pet, doggo or kittay, do so.

Avoid politics the best you can, although in this current climate...yea

Assuming you can visit parks and outdoor sh!t like that where you live, do so

Smoke weed. Lots of it.

Cut out negative people/influences from your life, when possible

A lot of people's work, life, hobby and vacation goals got put on hold cuz of da Rona. Depressing. Also, people are consuming WAYYYY too much news media right now, which in and of itself is almost always negative hopeless crap, thereby filling peoples heads with negative hopeless crap. Most people I know are smiling on the outside, crying on the inside. Keep on keepin' on you - this too shall pass.

Yup most people are. I not depressed by any means, and am usually very optimistic in general, but I've just been down this whole time. I always take things day by day and my days are usually met with me being grateful and being happy about the smallest things like just going to lift.

Everything is just off now. Everywhere I go everyone has a mask on, people are just rude and off-putting, my usual gym now requires masks and temp checks (nah I'm sweet, and there's nothing to do. People don't want to just "hang out" too often right now so it has just been once and a while.

Basically I have just been working (thankfully this whole time and a lot of hours up until recently), and laying at home. I'll workout at another gym by me, but honestly don't even feel like going right now. I never watch tv but I might now just to pass some time. Can't buy a house right now because the market by me makes zero sense and is way too inflated. So I'm just sitting on money saving and waiting.

The weather has been awful here too. Hot and humid af. Today was the first day it was in the 70s and somewhat cool. Basically it was 90s plus 100% humidity all of July.

Autumn will cheer me up.

Pretty sure COVID, TDS, the media, social media, BLM, and Antfa have a lot of people down.

My issue is life kicking me in the nuts so much I need to force smiles. That probably just comes with not being in my 20's anymore.

Maybe life is just a chore and you need a good reason to do it?

I use to smile non stop. Even when I was in trouble which would lead me to getting in more trouble.

I've heard people say the best way to describe Louisiana heat is go take a steaming hot shower with all your clothes on then walk around outside like that.

TBH its not a bad description of how you feel.
