There are also bars like one in Clapham with arcade machines and scalextrics etc.

All for an item that simply withers away and dies within a week of buying them, hence you basically toss out the old ones and throw new ones in. I'm not against giving flowers to women as gifts, but every week? Lol, that's excessive, and I guarantee you she stopped actually caring about the fact that you do it within the first two months. After that, she's mostly just acted like she likes it as much as when you first started doing it just to make you feel good. Meanwhile, she's secretly thinking you're being an unoriginal and corny geek when you do it now, for the most part.
As for the chocolates anytime it's "that time of the month for her", again - it's a corny gift, and being given far too frequently. Doing literally anything with too much frequency makes it lose value. Then you double down with that flawed concept by making crap like flowers and chocolates your go-to gift items to her on a regular basis. No offense, but you sound like one of those guys who talks about actively enjoying crappy romance films like The Notebook rather than simply sitting through them with your gf/wife to make her happy the same way she'll sit through crap you like for your sake.
You need to mix it up more and quit making gift buying such a standard staple of your love life with her. You'd be better off saving 95% of that ridiculous flowers ane chocolates budget of yours and using it to share some extra actual experiences with her, srs.
3 years is still pretty early on in terms of legit long-term relationships, even if you do live with her. Chit doesn't start getting real until you've either been together longer than that, and/or start taking the big leaps like getting married and having kids with them. Get back to me after you've been *married* to her for a few years too, and how things are if you have kids with her. You'll eventually end up learning the hard way that corny ritualistic gifts aren't gonna sustain that relationship if you don't figure it out before then. The corny gifts are fine; the problem is you're doing it far too often, to the point where you seem uncreative and boring about it. She's eventually gonna get bored of it too.

Husband will bring me sparkling water when he knows I feel like chit.
He’ll bring home fresh donuts on the weekend, picking up my favorite plain ones for me and chocolate twists for our teen.
In the past I’d bake him treats like brownies and cookies from scratch. I’ll also make him his favorite meals for dinner or make freezer meals so he can take lunch to work.

So....
What are some of the little daily things does your partner does to show you they love/appreciate you?
I’ll start....
-Car treats. When he picks me up from work, he always has a treat waiting for me in the car so I can munch on it after my shift on the way home. I don’t eat at work at all but do 12 hour shifts so am always staving afterwards.
-He knows that I am only ever one minute away from launching into a tirade over some minor annoyance, yet he actively humours and encourages me in these rants to his own detriment. (I tend to give him a headache lmao).
-I love the 2p machines in arcades, so he always gives me any spare change he has (I don’t tend to deal in cash whilst he does) so I can put the coins in our savings pot to use the next time we hit the beach arcade.
In the spirit of inclusion, incels, you can post about what your mum does for you I guess.

"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

I give my wife a 15 minute massage every week, she takes really good care of me. She is like a maid that is also my wife, exactly what I wanted. Sometimes I will bring home a small gourmet cake.
Edit: I bought flowers for my wife 3 times, more than one month between each. First time she loved it, second time she was happy, third time she said it was waste of money. Flowers are limited to valentines day if they are on sale for good price. Other than the massage and occasional cake she doesn't ask for anything except a monthly cash allowance.
What does my wife do for me? She cooks, cleans, bears children, etc. Her best gift is when she and the kids leave me alone to read or study or go fishing.

Let's see..
1. Have her pick something she wants done to the house from pinterest and do it. (Currently doing waynescoting, trim, crown)
2. Random flowers. I try to keep her with current ones in her vase. Every 2-3 weeks and nothing fancy.
3. Make her cum. A lot. I Dont feel guilty when I want to take it and get mine those few times a week.
4. I'm not the mushy type so i do things like make her food on the grill she likes several times a week.
Do things for her that benefit you as well. I build, grill, and **** a lot. This gives me opportunity to sharpen my hobbies and drink beer.
OP is doing it wrong. One day her entitled ass won't get a snack and be disappointed lol
