4 eggs a day is super viable.
You eat eggs in the morning not for the protein—but for the omega profile. The protein is too slow digesting, and all the special poly-peptides you source from it are 99% guaranteed to get burned up before the end of the day. But that's why you can have 2 more eggs 4 hours before bed to secure those special poly-peptides for recover during sleep.
More than this though, and that's when you're going to start having a problem. Egg albumin is slow digesting because of its immense complexity. Your enzymes will get stuck on the chain and lost when they're pushed past the small intestine. This means pitiful percentile absorption of protein on your next meals, that can last most of the day. Think you can circumvent this by taking more enzymes? Papain and bromelain are not native to the animilian metabolism, they are native to the plant metabolism. Thus, their recognition sights are different, and so some of the poly-peptides they source from whole protein aren't relevant to animilian needs. Only your natural protease will source these poly peptides. When it comes to egg, it means you're risking missing out on the entire reason to consume eggs in the first place. Not to mention the enzymes can mutate in the body (via oxidative reactions)—and begin to sever the sugar phosphate bonds off other molecules in your body; or mutate into restriction enzymes—which attach to your dna and will sever it (potentially causing cancer, disease, or other complications).

I was eating 4-5 eggs every day for nearly 10 years, maybe missed 1-2 days out of a month. I had my blood work done last year and my cholesterol was in the 240s. I went about 3 months of no eggs before my recent (last week) blood work and my cholesterol was down to 168. Subjectively I dont feel any different however objectively the results speak for themselves
