This doctor recommends 4-5 eggs a day
I know that eating eggs can be good for you (high in hdl and protein) but 4-5 every single day day still sounds like overkill unless you really just love eating eggs. Thoughts?

“Steroids is now just a word that the lazy and ignorant use to describe any guy that has more muscle and dedication than them”– Mike O'Hearn
"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

Eggs are great for you. Only thing that stops me from eating more is I have a slight intolerance to them if I eat them too frequently. I can handle 3-5 eggs 4-5x a week usually.

There are studies as to why 3 eggs per week is bad for men's prostate but it's to do with mainly whats in the yolk, not getting into the cholesterol side of things. Egg white all the way tho.

I try to do 6 yolks a day. Just eat them raw over freshly cooked rice with a bit of salt in the morning.
Good for skin, saturated fat/cholesterol increase testosterone production, and contains about 3g of BCAAs for about the same price as a typical BCAA supplement.
Whites are good and all but not nearly as nutrient dense. I easily hit my protein for the day without adding the whites. Plus it would just make the food a runny mess instead of a delicious meal.

I notice if I go over 2 per day I start getting chest pains, no other food seems to do that to me.
Now and then though they are the GOAT at helping me get my greens and healthy chit down in an omelette.

I only eat eggs during the weekends since I can't make them in the morning during the weekdays because of work. I also IF between Noon and 8 PM, and I meal prep Lunch and Dinner for the entire weekdays. On Saturday I'll go to the gym from 9-11 AM for Arms/Cardio, come home, shower, and then make 5 eggs with some bacon/sausage, and that is my "Lunch" meal. Then on Sunday it's the same thing, only that I do 1 straight hour of cardio, 30 minutes of abs, and then 30 minutes of whatever I think is lacking or what I'm feeling that day. Then I'll eat my eggs and bacon and that's it.
If you could eat eggs everyday, that's great, but like some other people said, I kind of get tired with eggs daily and would rather eat chicken, fish, or beef.

These comments about prostate and colorectal cancer are alarming. I eat 5 eggs for breakfast about 5 days a week and I never get sick of them. I don't know what else i could eat for breakfast if i cut out eggs. I fukkin love eggs, mane. Had 5 with guacamole, chipotle tabasco and ketchup this morning. What alternatives do you guys use to eggs?

it literally has everything needed to create and sustain life. not sure how that could be a bad thing in quantity.

Do you eat one meal a day or something? I can't recall a day where I haven't gone without eating eggs, chicken and beef in a day

This guy is good. Knew it would be him.
He’s helped me with many changes I am implementing that actually saves me money.
Grass fed organic from the farmer is cheaper than factory farmed from the grocery store. There’s only markup once when you buy from a farmer directly.
Also about not drinking tap water. Fluoride is a toxin. Think about it. Why the fuk is the government so concerned about our teeth? Should people not be able to make a decision what supplement they want to take? Americans are deficient in many minerals. Why do they not start lacing tap water with zinc?? You know for health reasons? Seems hardly scientific that you take one element from the periodic table and become concerned over making sure the public gets it enough. Especially when it costs them money to do so.
Also if you walk into a pharmacy and ask a pharmacist “hey tell me one drug/supplement I could take with no regard for dose and dosage does not matter regardless of age, gender, or health conditions” they’d laugh in your face. Fluoride is completely fukd. Also the vast majority of countries do not fluoridate water. Are they just idiots? What secret piece of info do countries like Canada and America have that Europeans don’t?
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=GqstwfKGzPI
^Documentary. Really highlights how fukked up the whole thing is. I quit tap water and will be switching over to spring water. Luckily in my province there are a fair number of springs.
You Americans are even luckier. There’s springs everywhere in your country. Just make sure the water is tested. Go on findaspring.com for full details.
I watch him a lot. The gist of his message is:
- high fat
- keto
- intermittent fasting
- don’t drink tap water. Only drink when thirsty
- electrolytes on keto
- trace minerals
- 100% grass fed grass finished
- organic
- 7-10 cups of vegetables a day.
- no fruits aside from berries every now and then. Most fruit has been cultivated over many many years through selective plantation to be filled with sugar. You wouldn’t find most of these fruits in their current form in the wild.
I’ve incorporated keto + IF. His electrolyte formula is amazing too, tastes great and loaded with the right stuff. I take his trace minerals and wheatgrass juice powder too.
The only thing I do not agree with him on is 7-10 cups of vegetables a day. I don’t react well to a lot of green cruciferous vegetables like kale. Vegetables are full of anti nutrients because well plants don’t like to be eaten. There’s no easy answer to this topic. Our ancestors fermented a lot of vegetables which kills off a lot of the anti nutrients. It’s interesting stuff. I only had incredibly positive reactions to sauerkraut (gut bacteria goat food) despite not reacting well to leafy greens. Also if you eat organ meats (animals always go for the organs first which is interesting) it completely mogs any other food in vitamins and minerals. Even Dr Berg admits beef liver is probably the most nutrient dense food on the planet.
So yea that’s literally his main talking points. Make of it what you will
