**** yeah I am. I see my pain doctor in 2 weeks for a follow up and we'll plan it out from there. I'm pretty sure a roho seat cushion would take care of the rest of the hip pain so **** these opiates.

They did an EXCELLENT job with the pain management. My pain doctor and neurosurgeon work together a good bit, so my normal pain doc was the one that adjusted my meds and whatnot post-op. I honestly don't think it could've been done any better.Good luck man, I know you have suffered a lot.

You can see the scar from the original surgery next to it in this picture. Took this one when I got home an hour ago.

Ignore the extra ******* under the new incision. That's an old pressure sore scar.

He has some rods in there but he's great now, leg training obviously had to be backed off on from the days we would squat 5+ plates, but he looks great and is super active. I'm glad you're doing ok so far, keep us updated on the rehab. If you can't flex your trunk muscles do you expect atrophy? will that have any issues long term with sitting?
